I did my Level 3 Childcare qualification with Shaping Lives! I was supported by Sharon constantly and had access to contacting her easily. She was able to really help me and answer anything at all to aid me to pass my course. Couldn’t be more grateful to her and shaping lives for helping me with this course 😃

I have just finished my level 3 childcare qualification!! I completed my level 2 with the same company and I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience. I was very lucky to have the wonderful Zoe as my teacher for both qualifications. Zoe is truly an amazing teacher. She always made sure I was okay and gave me any support she could provide. My whole experience has been filled with fun laughter and learning. I suffer with dyslexia and never thought I would be able to complete a qualification let alone 2. I couldn’t have done this without the amazing team and specially Zoe who truly always went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!! Thank you too everyone!!!

Corrine and Sam are fantastic support while completing my level 5. Always available to provide extra support when needed. Lots of knowledge provided and regular check ins to ensure I am meeting deadlines and have the wealth of knowledge needed to achieve the best results from the course.

We, as a nursery, are extremely happy with the service provided by Shaping Lives for our Early Years apprenticeships. From the outset, their communication has been outstanding, always clear and timely. They are incredibly proactive and consistently go above and beyond to ensure both apprentices and management are fully supported.

Sharon was my tutor with paragon and all I can say is she is absolutely amazing. It’s was definitely a bumpy ride with a few hurdles along the way but Sharon had my back through it all. I can’t fault the help and support that Sharon gave me, no question was ever too stupid and always got listened to. I’ve had an amazing experience with paragon all thanks to Sharon. Thank you so much again, will always be so grateful!

My initial experience was completely disorganised and chaotic, and I fell quite far behind in my studies due to my tutor not explaining things or setting me work to do. I was given a new tutor, Sarah Ashton, and she turned my whole experience around. We were setting targets, I had focus, and she got me back on track. I would not have passed had it not been for her and I am truly grateful.

Hannah Watkiss at paragon skills has always been an amazing tutor to me and is incredibly kind and helpful. Hannah is so quick to reassure me and talk me through everything (as I am easy to be overwhelmed or over complicate something). I cannot express how much I have learnt, because of Hannah and how I have become the best versions of myself as she wasn’t just my tutor she was also someone I could speak to when in need, and I will always appreciate her! I am so grateful to have her as my Level 2 & 3 tutor and will miss her.

Corinne has been the best tutor ever to have completed my level 3 with, I can’t thank her enough for her time helping when I need it and just truly being a nice kind person to talk to, wouldn’t of been able to get through it with out her and grateful to have had her. THANK YOU CORINNE ❤️

Got a fantastic tutor who is very supportive and understanding. Kerry has set me suitable amounts of work and organised some good deadlines for me as a learner to work towards with less stress as possible. I always have valuable feedback with my work.

I'm currently doing my level 3 with my tutor corrine I would highly recommend this lady as she has help me so so much within my course due to me being dyslexic helping to work with my strengths of discussion and not as much hand work. Would of got were I am now if not for her xx

I am nearing toward the end of my level 3 apprenticeship now, and i can’t thank Sophie Hampshire enough for her continuous support and positivity. There has never been a question to stupid or worry to small that she hasn’t supported me with! I honestly couldn’t have got this far along in my course without her. If in the future I am considering to pursue further development in my carer there would be no hesitation to have Sophie as my tutor again <3

I have recently completed my Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship with Corinne Watts as my personal tutor. Over the past year she has been the most supportive, kind and helpful tutor ever and I cannot thank her enough for all her help! :)

Zoe has been great and supportive with me. She is very approachable and understanding. Zoe is also quick with her responding when I have asked a question.

I have worked with many training providers over my 30 years in childcare and I can honestly say this is one of the most helpful and outstanding providers I have worked with. The team are so helpful and will answer any questions I have swiftly. The planning for the students means they keep on top of their learning and get the support and help they need during their busy working lives. I cannot recommend them enough and I have had the pleasure of working directly with Zoe who continues to support us as a setting.

I am currently studying my L3 Childcare and I want to say my tutor has been excellent, she’s quick to respond and has helped me with my confidence, has supported me through challenges I have faced during my course.

When doing my level 2 I had the most amazing support from my personal tutor Zoe, she was really understanding when I had things going on and so supportive when I didn’t understand something or I needed help she would always do everything to help me. I now have her for my level 3 and the same I have always had the support from my personal tutor and I can’t fault them they’re amazing!!
