Absolutely incredible, would recommend
Angela Williams is currently my tutor while I complete my Early Years Level 3 Qualification. She and Shaping Lives have been an incredible experience for me. I struggled at college so I left and started this apprenticeship with Shaping Lives and I was very lucky to have Angela as my tutor. I have been supported throughout my learning and she is always available for me to ask any questions, no matter how small. Thank you so much Angela and Shaping Lives, you really have made this so much easier for me!

Passed both level 2 and 3 first time
Suzanne was my tutor for both my level 2 and 3 qualifications and she has been absolutely amazing throughout both. I have always been given the support encouragement and motivation to help get my work completed. Everything has always been explained clearly and in good detail.

I’ve had such a fab experience with Shaping Lives! Kyra and Kiyana have been amazing throughout the onboarding of our apprentices — so friendly, supportive, and always happy to help with anything. Everything has been made so easy thanks to them!
Our tutor, Sarah, has also been fantastic — she’s lovely, super supportive, and really engages with the team and learners.
Honestly couldn’t recommend Shaping Lives enough — they’ve been brilliant from start to finish!

I've completed my level 3!!
My tutor Angela Williams was an absolute star and breathe of fresh air to work with. She kept pushing me and helped me organise the difficulties I was facing. Whether they were personal or from my experience of the apprenticeship itself, Angela made things so much more clearer for me. Although my experience from the apprenticeship itself could have been managed better. I had to go through atleast 4 other tutors until I got to Angela and my coursework and other areas were not up to standard. But we got there in the end. Thank you so much once again, Angela xxxx

The most amazing training providers
I had such a wonderful experience being trained by Shaping Lives and I had the most amazing tutor - Amy. I had a lot going on throughout my apprenticeship, but Amy supported me through listening to me, giving me someone to talk to and lessening the pressure on me. Amy was also the reason I managed to finish my Level 3 early to meet the University application deadlines. I recieved my grade today - a distinction - and I could not have done it without such an amazing tutor.

A wonderful experience
A wonderful experience! I spent 3 years doing both my level 2 and 3 and the tutors were phenomenal! Hannah my tutor was always so kind and understanding and helped me throughout my apprenticeship! I really struggled with home life matters at one stage and hannah was just amazing she helped me so much and made things a little less stressful she was truly amazing throughout my apprenticeship I am very grateful to have had such a kind tutor! ♡♡♡

We have had an outstanding experience working with Shaping Lives They are truly excellent - professional, transparent, and extremely supportive at every step. Louise Bromhall, in particular, has been fantastic, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Paragon Skills take care of everything: they recruit all our apprentices, carefully screen candidates before they come to us, and arrange interviews. One of the biggest benefits is that their service is free — they even arrange the funding so we don’t have to pay the usual 5% employer contribution.
It’s genuinely hassle-free; just a quick email or call to Louise and the team, and they sort everything out quickly and efficiently. We couldn't recommend Shaping Lives and Louise highly enough for any business looking for a seamless apprenticeship solution.

I have just completed my level 3, with distinction! It took me a while due to having a very difficult time getting through, firstly with a different company! My Tutor Sharon was very supportive and guided me through to my EOPA. I finally got there with Sharon's support 🙌

I did my Level 3 Childcare…
I did my Level 3 Childcare qualification with Shaping Lives! I was supported by Sharon constantly and had access to contacting her easily. She was able to really help me and answer anything at all to aid me to pass my course. Couldn’t be more grateful to her and shaping lives for helping me with this course 😃
