I have been with Shaping Lives for around 8 months now and I highly recommend them!
I receive direct messages from Andy, he goes above and beyond to ensure I am supported and given the best help possible when it comes to my apprenticeship. He makes sure I am not struggling or having any difficulties throughout my course. He checks in - making sure I am okay monthly / bimonthly and it’s nice to know extra support is there if needed. He regularly speaks with my personal tutor, discussing what support i require and if anything needs adjusting or tweaking to help me with all different aspects throughout my apprenticeship. He often gives me reminders to sign on to cognassist which I find very helpful as this is something I forget to do. I appreciate Andy’s messages and Shaping Lives for all of the support, advice, help and guidance I am given while completing my apprenticeship with them

I love how much support they give! Anytime i need help i txt my tutor and in an instant i receive support with anything I do not understand, workshops are lovely and they support with maths and english aswell

I’ve had a really positive experience with the Shaping Lives Apprenticeship programme. The support throughout has been fantastic and has helped me grow in confidence and develop my skills.
A special thank you to my skills trainer, Sharon Gladman, who has been incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. She always takes the time to help and genuinely wants her learners to succeed. I’m very grateful for her guidance.

I really enjoyed my workshops with Sarah Fox. She explained everything so I could take it in and provided a relaxed and comfortable environment, giving me the confidence to join in with group discussions. Sarah always replied to my emails with a fast response and was very supportive. I passed my level 3 yearly years with distinction.

I am currently studying my Level 3 Early Years qualification with Shaping Lives. I am enjoying the qualification. The structure of the qualification is based on online learning, workshops, and completing independent work. You are also allocated a tutor, mine is Angela Williams. She has been fantastic and so supportive.

I attend a coffee morning for sharing life's organised by Louise Bromhall. the morning was lovely and provided nursery settings with the opportunity to network and share experiences and discuss ideas for challenges we all face in the sector. Level 5 Apprenticeship.
I have been completing my Level 5 for nearly 6 months now. I have Angela Williams as my tutor and feel incredibly fortunate to be able to be guided by her whilst I complete my Apprenticeship. The layout of the Apprenticeship is brilliant, with a wide variety of formats and different ways to learn the information. The guidance and support is abundant and you feel so supported and feel like your development professionally and personally is genuinely at the forefront of the skill building. I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship so far and I look forward to all that is coming up.

Childcare apprenticeship - Level 3
Swift start to my apprenticeship, gaining my qualification while learning on the job is great. Shaping lives very are helpful, and enjoying my coursework. My tutor Angela Williams is assisting and organised, and has helped me hugely with my apprenticeship so far. She always answers any questions and replies to emails promptly.

I am currently working towards my Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. I cannot thank Angela Williams enough for the support and guidance she gives me. I feel like I’m constantly pestering her with emails and yet I ALWAYS get a response. Our 1-to-1 calls are so informative, and allow me to self-reflect on my own practice. I feeling like I’ve got my own personal “cheerleader” rooting for me! ShapingLives, the course I am doing is so well-structured and I am really enjoying it. I feel like I’ve come out of my shell completely since starting with you. So thank you!!

I am currently doing a level 3 with shaping lives and find it really easy to navigate and super informative, my tutor angela is always on hand to help if i need it and is really supportive and had helped me through this whole thing especially at the beginning when i was very overwhelmed she broke it down and now i am miles ahead of where i should be thanks to her

Rocky start but improved
At the beginning of my course I felt communication with me was quite poor, I was enrolled but no work started for a couple of months which sets my completion date back even further. I was then without much warning transferred to a new tutor Angela Williams who has been helpful and is helping me my qualifications.
