I had an amazing experience with ShapingLives throughout my Level 2 apprenticeship. The support I received from the very beginning was consistent, encouraging, and genuinely motivating. They always made sure I felt confident in my work, guided me through any challenges, and pushed me to achieve my full potential. Thanks to their support, I was able to successfully complete my Level 2, and I’ve now progressed onto my Level 3 apprenticeship with them, which I’m really excited about.

A special mention has to go to my tutor, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly supportive, patient, and always available whenever I needed help or reassurance. She explained everything clearly, gave constructive feedback, and truly believed in me, which made such a big difference in my journey. I’m really grateful for everything ShapingLives and my tutor have done for me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start or continue their apprenticeship.

I am currently doing my level 5 many years after level 3 I am enjoying my learning and hand on heart would never have got this far without the support from Amy Baines she is encouraging flexible and breaks this course down to my learning level which is low in my first assessments so I'm really grateful to her for being a great tutor also my learning support from Gillian my English and maths tutor passed my English wow didn't think that was ever possible and eager to pass my maths even if I do find this a challenge but overall level 5 is great learning new ways and techniques every day which I'm using in my job role so thank you so much fir giving me this nanny another chance for learning I appreciate all you you in every way

I am currently studying my Level 3, the workshops are very informative, the tutors are all very understanding and are always on hand to support you. Amy B has been an amazing tutor! She is always able to answer my questions and provide me with the support i need. Overall I have had an amazing experience so far!

HI, I'd just like to leave a review on our positive experience with Shaping Lives. We as a setting, have used this company many times over the years. Navdeep the senior development manager is great at what she does, she amazingly clear about what is involved with the courses and how the funding works. Navdeep will also constantly check in to students are happy and if any further support is required. The tutors have good communication with the students and everything seems to work pleasantly well.

Deborah my tutor was a great support and answered any questions I had and supported me through my EPA giving me confidence.

Excellent structure to the apprenticeship programme, ensuring the learning are not only learning also are making progress and are engaged. Super friendly but professional with the support and training provided. The whole team works together collaboratively and respectfully in a professional manner. I wish i found this organisation earlier to work for.

At the beginning of my apprenticeship I was worried I was really going to struggle with my learning difficulties until I was passed on to Andy who was very helpful and supportive setting me Cognitive assessments to provide me with the best support possible through my apprenticeship. He regularly checks in to ensure I’m getting along with it and reminds me to keep up with it. Which was helpful if I didn’t understand anything and he is always on hand to answer any questions I have. He also ensured that my personal tutor was aware of any additional support I need.

I have been with Shaping Lives for around 8 months now and I highly recommend them!
I receive direct messages from Andy, he goes above and beyond to ensure I am supported and given the best help possible when it comes to my apprenticeship. He makes sure I am not struggling or having any difficulties throughout my course. He checks in - making sure I am okay monthly / bimonthly and it’s nice to know extra support is there if needed. He regularly speaks with my personal tutor, discussing what support i require and if anything needs adjusting or tweaking to help me with all different aspects throughout my apprenticeship. He often gives me reminders to sign on to cognassist which I find very helpful as this is something I forget to do. I appreciate Andy’s messages and Shaping Lives for all of the support, advice, help and guidance I am given while completing my apprenticeship with them
