I have completed my level 2 with Sophie and am now completing my level 3vmeaning that she has been my tutor for over 2 years! Sophie is always very helpful and supportive and always makes sure that I understand what I am doing. I could not have asked for a better personal tutor 💗

My tutor is Zoe Swinburn
I want to thank my apprenticeship tutor, Zoe. I am currently studying my Level 3 and she has been an amazing support for me throughout this journey so far. Whenever I need help, Zoe is always there to provide me with clear explanations and helpful advice. Her calm personality and patience makes it easy for me to ask questions, and I really appreciate how much she cares about my progress. I feel lucky to have her as my tutor!

My Apprenticeship experience!
I have been on my apprenticeship now since February 2024, and I have had a wonderfully positive experience so far. My personal tutor Zoe has been supportive, understanding, motivational and so kind. She takes the time to learn who I am as a learner, and tailors her teaching to each student. I really recommend!

Supportive Service
We have used Paragon for years in an early years setting. Jackie successfully trains our level 2 and 3 employees. Jackie has a great relationship with all of the apprentices and is quick to support them when they struggle and offer strategies to keep them on track. She relates lots of the conversations to our specific in house policies which is great for our business.

Amazingly Supportive Tutor
I would just like to say what an amazingly supportive tutor Sharon Gladman has been to me. It has been a very long time since I have studied and I was really anxious at the beginning of my apprenticeship but Sharon was so patient and reassuring guiding me through and answering my many questions. Today I completed my L2 Professional Discussion so I have now finished my apprenticeship and I couldn’t have done it without Sharon’s constant support and encouragement. Thank you for helping me to grow in confidence and believe in myself.

I have been doing my level 5 over the past couple of years. My tutor Suzanne Hardy has been amazing through my journey and she has been able to guide me through all of the different pieces of work and explain each peice in detail before I would start each bit. She has been able to use her knowledge to support me through all of it and each step. Thanks again.

To begin with I wasn’t sure about going ahead with my level 3 as I was already level 2 qualified and I was unsure about my career. The brief before starting was super welcoming and my tutor Sophie Hampshire was brilliant at welcoming me onto the course and was always there to help when I needed guidance or support throughout the qualification as well as going the extra mile to ensure I was mentally prepared and ready for my EPA. Throughout all my learning she has been there to support me and guide me and provided me with nothing but encouragement when things got tough especially after continuing my course after returning from maternity leave. The balance between home life to work life as well as study was well managed with the support from Sophie. I can’t wait to qualify and put all my learnt knowledge into my practice as well as continue to develop my own skills further as I have been recommended new courses which I could benefit from in terms of progressing my career. I can’t thank Sophie enough for all the support during my course and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves as she truly is the best, she’s gentle, helpful and makes me feel comfortable. So a huge huge thank you to you Sophie Hampshire!❤️xx

Having done a level 3 early years course with a different training provider, I was hesitant when it came to my level 5. But it has been a dream! My tutor Sam is just fabulous and I look forward to our monthly meetings. So friendly and inviting and she has really changed my perspective on apprenticeships. It’s had such a positive impact on my everyday practise, I have developed so far!
