The servive time was little delayed but the customer care kept me updated. Overall the experience was good.
Packages were intact but the delivery time didn't meet as promised. But the timely updates and customer service was overall great.

Quick Service
Very quick service and very competitive rates. It was cheaper than USPS to send documents from USA to India. SFL customer service is above par, they guided me through entire process over the call, and was very patient.

Great shipping to UK for less!
Honestly, the shipping experience was great. Sent my daughter’s boots from US to UK on Thursday, they arrived by Tuesday. The only error I made was trying to take an existing shoe box into FedEx and they wouldn’t ship in that box. I got one of their boxes, which was bigger and heavier, paid about $25 more and we were good to go!
