Mission Accomplished
Ambuj was really quick and was able to give me a quote very quickly. I shipped items to Morocco and while everything Ambuj could do was great, Morocco customs is a bit difficult. It took hours to get my package over the course of two days. Nothing on Ambuj’s part as this is just how Morocco runs their strange system haha. I highly recommend this company.

SFL Worldwide is a Hidden Gem!
My first time using this service and everything was quick - had a smooth transaction. Saved me a ton of money for same shipping service (fedex). Will always use them going forward instead of going directly to UPS or FedEx.

Highly recommend SFL
I used SFL a couple of times in the last year, both times for international shipments and I had a very positive experience doing so. The instructions were pretty clear, obtaining the shipping label was a breeze, and dropped it off at the nearest carrier location. I saved a fair bit on shipping costs compared to other options that I looked at. All in all, I highly recommend the service

Inexpensive and reliable but room for improvement
Once the shipping label was delivered,
It was good. Before that some delay in communication, got fedex even though asked for dhl, user interface can be made more user friendly

Very professional and reliable shipping
Very quick service and highly competitive rates. It was cheaper than competitors which send packages from USA to India. SFL customer service is above par, they guided me through entire process over the call, and was very patient.

I was very pleased with the service I received when I sent a package from the US to Ireland. The commercial invoice got lost in transit and the package lay in customs for two weeks. Mamta Hazarika managed to get a new invoice to Ireland and made sure the package was delivered. Thanks again
