SFL Provides the best services for logistics, shipment and relocation services. I have been using their services from past 10 years so far no issues. I would like give kudos to Punit all the way to help beyond the expectations.

With great disappointment I report that the above tracking number was not delivered to its final destination in India, instead a wrong box with broken China ware and used burnt stainless utensils were found in the box delivered. My shipment contained clothes ( i filed in the inventory signed doc ) that belonged to my late sister who passed away last July 2025. She has an orphanage she built in Mumbai. The clothes were sent in her memory for an Orphan's marriage. This has never happened before in years that I have sent shipments using your service. Unfortunately my aunt who is 80 years old did not even question just accepted the shipment without verifying the name or tracking number. I feel the exchange of shipment has taken place in the local warehouse. Definitely not here in US. Why would I spend $130 for some trash ? I have left messages for Punit at Dallas office with whom I have done business for years but no call backs or response to my emails. No explanation, no courtesy or apology. I feel I deserve compensation for my loss of goods and the shipment cost.

Do not trust this shipping company, especially if you are shipping from the USA.

Items clearly shown in the packing photos were missing when my shipment was delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, photo evidence, and repeated requests for answers, SFL Worldwide failed to provide a satisfactory explanation or take responsibility.

Even worse, the investigation was closed without properly addressing the key questions or resolving the missing-item issue.

I shipped my personal belongings from Hyderabad to the USA and had a really good experience. The process was simple and the team guided me properly with the packing and shipping details. My belongings arrived safely in the USA and everything was handled smoothly. The service was reliable and the communication was good, Overall I am happy with the experience and would recommend them for international shipping.

I had an excellent experience with SFL Worldwide during my recent move from Lombard, IL to Leander, TX.

The entire process, from pickup to delivery, was smooth, well organized, and professionally handled. The moving team was punctual, courteous, and took great care of all my belongings. Everything arrived safely and in good condition.

I have waited for several months to try and work through the problems with this company's international partner to resolve this issue but haven't got anywhere. So I have no recourse accept to write this review.

To note, I highlighted the problems to the SFL service team on the day of the move with the evidence. They immediately refused to do anything about it asked me to contact their international partner. Their international partner has ghosted me so I am suffering the loss and heartache.

This company damaged our heritage furniture that is of great sentimental value and priceless to us. The damages are as a result of sheer negligence, incompetence and carelessness while unloading the furniture and moving it into our house. I can say it with confidence that these damages were part of the unloading process because I was present at the time these furniture items were dropped onto the road from the container in the most incompetent manner while unloading and the furniture broke while I was watching in horror.

Our experiences with the unloading and moving of the shipment has been very poor. It was a stressful, upsetting and disappointing experience and not the satisfactory end we had expected to our international move.

Chris and his partner were absolutely terrible. The banged our furniture with hammers, kicked them to try and fit them and jumped on them. I can't add photos with this review otherwise I would have shown the damage they have done.

Eric obviously has no experience in this kind of job and was completely lost with even moving the packing materials for disposal.

I would caution on using this company because their work ethics are very poor and as long as they got their money, they didn't care about what happened to our belongings.

Amit, were very prompt in reaching out to me during the movement of shipment, continuously tracking and updating me. I used their service for Sending some documents to India. First I was surprised with their price and Skeptical if they would do good or not. But the out come is more than what I expected. I placed an order, I got a call from their representative to confirm the booking and once I confirmed, they generated a FedEx label. All I need to walk-in to FedEx and drop-off the envelop. It reached on 4th business day to Hyderabad. Here I need to give credit to FexEx :) I would use their service for sure in future.

I would first begin by saying that SFL worldwide is a great service provider for shipping out any packages within and outside of the USA. Big shoutout to Punit Machanda for being kind and always helping me with pricing quotes and delivery dates with different vendors for the size and volume of packages whenever they needed to be sent out. I used sfl worldwide to send one box from USA to India. When the box arrived, I thought it was not even my box because of how small it was. Turned out they had repacked it and modified the box to be more compact. This is a complete invasion of privacy, I had put items of emotional value in the box. I think some foreknowledge would have helped me decide not to go with them, or for them to repqck at my place while I could see it. Needless to say, I don't think I will use them again.

Very personable and helpful and knowledgable staff. Efficient handling of the issue at hand.
