Although I had some issues with my original order of Seranova Micro-Needling System; I had a fantastic experience with the company customer service and support by Niel. Niel worked with me communicating over several emails as to the product issue I was having. Requested the anticipated verification by photos and video and ultimately has sent me a replacement of my initial order. This restored my faith in this company and shows great customer service. Customer Service was Excellent
I had an issue with one vial of the serum. Seranova made it very easy to replace the vial, and in fact, they gave me an additional one for "my trouble." I am grateful for the ease in which the company addressed my concern.

The product packaging is very nice
The product packaging is very nice, everything very sterile and ready to use. There is plenty of the serum for the application. In fact, I follow up in the next day and use what might still be in the bottle. I'm only on my first 3 month supply, my skin has slightly improved, still looking for that real noticeable change.

I read a lot of details on the product…
I read a lot of details on the product and I am very excited to try it, but not offering everything at once as one package was exhausting. I’d rather seen everything in the beginning and had the opportunity to à la carte my purchase instead of been forced to watch video after video to see what else there was.
