Charge twice
Charge twice, I have been trying to solve the issue and Christian has not been helpful. He said I was charged once and I was charged twice I confirmed with my bank. I disputed one and now he said to decline my order when arrive why should I if I already paid for it. I think this is a scam.

To much information and to long of a presentation and also I clicked one time purchase and I wanted to cancel my order and they said I was under a subscription. I did reach out to customer service and they did cancel my subscription and offered an extra discount for my issues. they were amazing with quick response

Seranova is a great product
I really like the face wash , my face feels clean and not dried out like some face wash ,I also have the facecream that I use everyday and is a nice smooth cream that doesn't just sit on my face or make it feel greasy. I use the seranova micro needling every 2 weeks and just finished my 5th application. I can just after 5 uses that my fine lines and wrinkles are fewer than before I started using seranova. I am so glad I found seranova

I agree to get the system it is just the other products along with it add up to a lot of money. Then if it doesn't work you end up sending back all the products costing money to send back. Hard to make all the choices. Then of course the one product that they sell doesn't work without the other. I feel that maybe it is just a gimmick. Hopefully this will work and I will not have to send back the product.
