I thought about ordering a while ago

I thought about ordering a while ago, but was skeptical. I received a call from Ron this morning and he assured me that if I wasn't happy I could get a full refund. So I ordered and am excited to try it. Ron provided wonderful customer service.

This seems like a good product, great experience w EJ!

This seems like a good product, however, it just didn't work for me! But I had a great experience with EJ, who has refunded my account and it should show up soon in my account!!

I called Renewa Skin after receiving my…

I called Renewa Skin after receiving my order. Everything was there except the Renewa Eyelift. I spoke with Stephen in customer service and he was quite helpful. He apologized and he then asked if he could put me on a brief hold. He spoke to the warehouse and had them order the missing item to be sent to me. He came back on the phone and explained that I would get an email in 5min. and then a tracking number as soon as it shipped out. I received Stephen's email with another apology. To summarize this experience I am pleased with the customer support. Haven't tried the products
yet. But I'm excited to.

When I called customer Service this…EJ was very kind.

When I called customer Service this time I spoke with EJ.this time. He was very helpful and kind. I am not happy with the products and I’m asking for a full refund. Will keep you posted if they follow through with what they said. I just want to send everything back and get my money back. The glasses did not function properly. I had contacted the company twice before and they sent me videos didn’t help. They said they would send me a new pair didn’t happen as for the micro needle, lean in infusion absolutely impossible to open. The one I did get opened became discolored. The instructions are not well written and quite small the skin care products really no results whatsoever and I have been using my due diligence to try for two months, let’s see if Customer Service will give me a full refund as promised when I bought these products will keep you posted. Defective Dispenser

They sent the product in a defective dispenser so I couldn't even try it. I told them I wanted my 100% MBG fulfilled and they said if I opened the product they couldn't guarantee my refund. How else can you try the product if it doesn't come out of the dispenser? I returned the product March 24th and I am still waiting for my refund. This company is a SCAM! They will do anything not to refund your money.

I am writing my 3rd and final review

I am writing my 3rd and final review. Renewa finally put a responsive CSR on my case and he did refund my purchase price in a timely manner. I don't know what happened with the first CSR that was handling my issue, but the manager that took over my case was professional and courteous and was able to follow through on the company's promises of customer satisfaction.

I would give negative numbers if I…

I would give negative numbers if I could. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. REnewa sent me a defective product that did not work. They had me send them a video which showed that only one side turned on. They said they would send a replacement. It never came. Then they said they had processed a refund. That never came. I went back to them and it all started over. They wanted me to pay to return it, which I refused to do since they had sent me a defective product. They should pay for the return. Then they said they would only give me a 30 percent refund. I am still going around in circles with customer service and no resolution. Am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and starting a dispute with my charge card company. The whole process has gone on for more than two months

This is a great product

I used this product and was beg to see results after a few day. Unfortunately the vibration quit working but the customer service department is sending me a brand new one. I'm pleased with the product.

Hi my name is Dora

Hi my name is Dora. I bought a Renewa lift this winter. I was enjoying the calming effect the treatments had on me. I used it faithfully every morning. After a while I noticed a problem with the hand held machine so I contacted the company. A very nice young man name Matthew was kind enough to look into my issue and without any hassles has told me they are sending me a replacement. Thank you again for helping me out and I will continue on my venture with improving the look of my skin.

Carrier problem

Unfortunately my order ehich was placed end of Nov 2025 , was not delivered .Carrier didnt pick up the package. Waited long time but finally it was clear that it will not be shipped and I had to cancel my order.
From customer support team , Kei,responded quickly about all the issues and followed the cancelation and refund process successfully.

Customer service

I ordered two products from Renewa and I had to return one of them. I talked with Stephen on the phone and he made the return process so easy for me. The company responds quickly to any inquiries.

Not a reliable company

First off, it took me roughly 8 weeks to receive the Renewa/Skin micro-infusion system. I had to reach out twice as they will not inform you of delayed orders voluntarily. Once I received the product, I have 12 vials of serum and 4 of the micro needle heads. You're only supposed to use the needle head once! So, I have serum that I cannot use. Why would a company sell something customers can't use? Makes no sense. Used the product once so far. Of, course there are no immediate results like the marketing suggests however, I'm will to give it a couple of uses to make that determination. I won't reorder the product due to the horrible shipping time and being sold a product that I have no way of using due to ratio of needle heads to serum.

I’ve used the serum and the skin device…

I’ve used the serum and the skin device for my face a few times already and it’s made my skin feel great and I’ve already noticed an improvement. I’m happy I purchased it, definitely worth the money!!!

My order has not arrived

My order has not arrived. I did receive an item included with my order but part of it was missing. I spoke with EJ and he will send missing order right away. He said my order would be sent in 7 days. EJ was nice and helpful. I just hope I haven't been scammed. I am not able to open any attachments and my antivirus says its malware and a scam.

Someone should put these people out of business and save us all the grief.

This company uses fraudulent business practices including creating orders with customer information that was deleted and never submitted. After months of useless communication with customer service a BBB complaint was opened. Suddenly a supervisor became involved who thought they had the upper hand and tried to get me to comply with their wishes for their sake-seemingly unaware they had no bargaining power whatsoever due to their own fraud committed against me.

You are liars and will reap the reward of your ways.

Excellent Customer Service

I had an order that came with one of the products missing. EJj answered immediately, even though it was a weekend, and apologized for the delay, and said s/he would get to the warehouse an put it as a top priority. S/he said to expect it in 3 to 5 business days, and if it did not show up to contact them immediately. I find thi to be great customer service, that they cared about getting my order right, and the promptness with which I was answered.
