1st time we have used this service . We were very happy with the service the chap that help us & drove us to the airport was a very helpful and happy chap made it a very good start to the holiday . 5 stars fro us

Excellent Service. Returning from holiday, due to a fall, Jet 2 assistance took me to the Sentinel Bus Stop by wheelchair and the bus was just leaving and looked full, driver indicated he was full and drove off. He returned quickly and was very helpful and full of apologies for driving off because there was no room for a wheelchair, not knowing that I was going to walk aboard! He could not have been nicer or more helpful. My car was ready and parked alongside reception.

Used this company for years so professional spot on every time highly recommended

I have been a customer of Sentinel's for many years and have no intention of changing my airport parking provider when flying out of Leeds & Bradford Airport. This company know how to treat their customers, so take note other businesses. Whatever service/product you are offering, offer the same high quality customer service as Sentinel and you can't go wrong.

I would highly recommend Sentinel and we use them every time we fly from Leeds. Unfortunately our holiday in April was cancelled on Wed and Sentinel refunded my money on Thurs. Fantastic service. Will hopefully use Sentinel again soon

They say the test of a companys metal and customer service is only tested when things go wrong...

The day before we were due to fly to Corfu from Leeds our dog took gravely ill, our time was taken in the next 48 hours seeing to Charlies needs, tests, scans interventions etc, we only had time to contatct Jet2 at 20.00 the night before our 6 am flight to say we would not make the flight, things were busy and distressing and we did not contact Sentinel, we assumed as a no show we would simply loose the booking.

As part of our travel insurance claim we buiult in the cost of the parking we had lost, travel insurance company suggested contacting Sentinel to see if they would refund.

So 8 weeks after our no show, I emailed Sentinel and informed them what had happened, within minutes I had an email back expressing their condolalces for the loss of the dog and informing me they had that minute refunded our booking, no ifs, no buts, no maybes just good honest humanity and customer care, difficult at the best of times but with the pressures they must be under due to Covid it was nothing short of remarkable.

You now have a customer for life.

I hope you hang in there and get through this, great company, great ethics and great staff team.

I and my family have used Sentinels Service for many years, always without any type of problem.
This service does exactly what it says on the tin.
Now, because of the "BUG" my holiday has been cancelled and I don't need to park, just now, so I had to cancel.
Even their cancellation procedure was quick and simple, login, cancel, money back, done and dusted.

Brilliant service here , used a few times never a problem at all , free drinks and ice cream, bus running constantly, never waiting long both too and from the airport, well worth five stars

Multiple user of this first class parking facility at Leeds Bradford Airport. Had to change my plans on 3 occasions and they were just fantastic versus
other companies for changing for car hire and flights. A simple phone call any hour of the day and no queue to speak to them.
Add to this a fast efficient service with delightful front of house.....what is not to like!

Can't fault this company. Always easy and stress free experience when I have used them (about 8 times) and just as easy to cancel and quickly get a full refund (which unfortunately I have now had to do 3 times this year). Excellent service and support. Sorry I can't use them due to Covid cancellations...maybe Xmas, who knows.

Used Sentinel for first time this year!! Meet and greet full but will use this from now on!! Easy from booking, price, staff, ease and service!! Had parking booked for April which was no longer required due to COVID situation. Was simple to request refund and was received swiftly. Super service in a difficult time. Well done Sentinel!

I have experienced nothing but help and professionalism from this company regarding refunds and service I have always used this company and will carry on doing so in the future when everything resumes as normal.

I have parked here three times and always found the staff friendly and helpful with smooth checking in and frequent bus transfers. Because of the covid 19 pandemic my flight was cancelled.Sentinel gave me a full refund right away,thank you. I would definitely park here again.

Unfortunately we had to cancel another booking with Sentinel due to the on going Corona virus situation. The staff could not have been more professional or courteous in the handling of my refund request, absolutely superb throughout. I was emailed with the refund notice within ten minutes and the payment was back in my account within 48 hours, no histrionics, no drama's, no arguments or four month delays- Holiday Extras please take note! To be treated with such respect and to receive such excellent service was so refreshing, we will definitely be using Sentinel again once the world has returned to a more normal state and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Sentinel- a class act.

I had to cancel due to flight cancellations with Covid-19 the staff member was Very understanding, polite, helpful and very efficient, plus the refund was immediate. Great customer service

Have used Sentinel for a number of years now as we always fly from LBA.
Never had an issue. Easy to find. Easy to book in. Easy short transfer from park to airport. Always there to pick you up upon return. I find Sentinel to be a very professional company and this has just been reinforced by the way that Ed Harris dealt with my cancellation due to the corona virus problem.
I had booked via APH and upon trying to manage my booking found that APH had literally closed shop with no way of being able to cancel my booking. After ringing Sentinel direct Ed contacted APH, something I was unable to do and arranged my cancellation and refund.
I have now since joined their members club which will enable me to book direct and manage my future bookings.
That to me is going the extra mile.
I can definitely recommend Sentinel.
