We have been using Sentinel for our airport parking for several years. The staff are always friendly and the service is excellent and reliable. When they had to cancel our booking because of the current situation our money was refunded promptly and in full without being asked.

I have used sentinel car park on numerous occasions and have always received excellent service.Booking is easy, pricing is transparent, the process at lba is seamless, at drop off and return. I have had to cancel two bookings, absolutely easy to do and full refund received quickly.Please can Sentinel have a word with TUI!

The online booking was easy to follow, unfortunately we had to cancel due to the virus.
We cancelled the booking on line, which again was straight forward and received an immediate full refund. If only Jet2 were as professional and valued their customers like Sentinel. We will be booking again with Sentinel when the opportunity arises.

I didn’t think I would get a refund so was surprised to find how quickly and easily I got it.

Sentinel offer an amazing service in all sorts of ways and I’ve used them for years and will continue to use them. I’ve had to rearrange a flight and the rescheduled one was then subsequently cancelled due to the demise of Flybe. Sentinel refunded both parking fees with no questions, even when one of them was only cancelled about 2 hours before I was due to arrive. If only TUI and other large organisations showed the same level of integrity.

Had two bookings. Arranged refund on one and transfered the other to next year. Was no problem at all. Excellent service.
