Sentinel Car Park Recenzje 

We have used quite a lot of car parking facilities for airports and Sentinel beat them ALL hands down. Excellent service, lovely staff especially our bus driver on the night of the 7th August, 2022 - he was polite, helped us all and just went the extra mile with a cheery smile. Great company and I and the family will definitely us their service again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - Excellent service

Always great service. I have been unlucky enough to be hospitalised on 2 occasions only days before being due to fly. Both times my wife tells me they have been brilliant totally understanding (and sympathetic) of our situation and have cancelled and giving a full immediate refund. I feel very safe always booking with them. They look after my car too! 5⭐️

Picked our car up last night, paid to have it valeted whilst parked, what a fantastic job the team did, it is like a a new car, will certainly book it again the next time we travel. Thanks to all the team for such a wonderful service and always with a smile

Excellent service from everyone at Sentinel. Tarmac car park, excellent reception, quick bus transfers and the bus driver was extremely helpful. We arrived back at 3.30am on Monday 27th June and the driver lifted all the suitcases onto and off the bus. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service, quick, easy, car was parked up ready for collection in good sized bays. Staff very helpful. I just wish I had paid for a wash to save me the hassle of doing it myself.

Excellent service. Arrived early but that was no problem. Only two minute wait for bus to LBA. Despite a delay on return flight, bus was there very quickly. On both occasions driver very helpful with luggage - "You go and get your keys while I unload your luggage". Car ready near to office. Will use again and recommend. D Hook

I have used sentinel in the pass and the staff cannot do enough for you i just booked them again we are flying out to Dublin at 06.30 and the lady on the phone was great whit me thanks you ps on our way back to Leeds Bradford Airport from Dublin the flight was 1hr late so when we arrive to pick my car up the staff was brilliant in ten mins we pick the keys up and on our way home to huddersfield a big thank you to all of the staff pat

This was our first time using Sentinel, so how did it go.
When dropping the car off the car it is first photgraphed from all angles for its current condition. Then the barrier opens to let you into the drop off area.
Then you hand the keys in at the office. No issues there and we were onto the bus and ready for the short transfer to LBA.
Friendly driver and within 10 minutes we were at the airport.
On return the bus was waiting for us and another short trip back to Sentinel, again friendly driver.
Collected the keys and was directed to where our car was.
The service was well organised and stress free.
We aim to use this service for all our holidays now as it is very cost effective and great service... Thank Sentinel

First time we used Sentinel. Very good and swift service. Despite it being very busy both time drop off and pickup we never had to wait long at any point. No matter if it was dropping off/ picking up the keys or getting to and back from the terminal.
Bus drivers help you with your luggage too..

Will definitely use again for our next journey

I've been using Sentinel every time I fly from LBA for last few years. They are head and shoulders above any other parking company I've used in the past. My last holiday was reduced by a week due to Ryanair cancelling my return flight. I got in touch with Sentinel via Google chat and let them know I will be back early, they responded that they have noted and will be waiting for me when I'm back. I knew that Sentinel owed me a little for returning early but I thought I won't even bother as I was already exhausted after arguing with Ryanair about money they owed me for not providing seats that I paid for. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car key and was told that they owe me for remaining days, I just had to ring them following day to confirm bank details and refund was there next day.

OUTSTANDING, Contracted COVID in Lanzarote had to extend for 10 days due to isolation, staff were extremely helpful and despite my numerous change of flights accommodated me with professionalism and took away the worry, RECOMMENDED 100%
