***BEWARE Scam artists.***

Product advertised at 2 for €69.99. Clicked to authorise payment and received order summary for a total of €169.95.

Then immediately tried to cancel the order, and found that they had also tried to charge an additional €109.98 which was stopped by the bank.

Friendly and quick response

My experience is bad from the beginning. I to tried to cancel my order after realizing that I was receiving 2 pumps when I was only wanting one. Called within 5minutes of ordering and basically told me too late. My wife was checking the visa bill and told me that the payment was in American dollars even though it was supposed to be a Canadian website.Could not get a look at my shopping cart and I eventually got 3 pumps.
So now I phone the customer service number and after3 minutes of waiting someone gets to answer and after giving them my email address spelling twice they basically said nothing ( you think it’s a 900 number)
They still couldn’t connect me to a purchase so I then gave them the order number which seems to ring a bell.
I mentioned that I wanted to return the extra pumps and asked how much the handling fees would cost and the representative told me 3 times it would depend on where it was shipped from! Again asked the fees associated with the return and was met with silence.
I waited for a good minute and a half and just silence on the other side. I finally hung up feeling like I was being billed by the minute and never received any information on the return. Slippery service at best with a questionable website for ordering. Beware,beware beware

I bought the wrong product. I thought it would permanently increase my size, not temporarily.

They have a policy of canceling your order 1 hour or less. OK so I made an order which had a promo for the item for 2x for 89 dollars (us currency) each but then went to check out and was hoping to see what my order was and what I was paying for did not show up and then they start throwing other items for you to add to your cart without you knowing that you are adding things to your order and when you get through all the crap it just sais thanks for your order and has been placed no itemized details of what you have ordered at all and to actually see the price of the item you thought was 89 but actually ended up being 209.58 instead. After seeing the total of just what you purchased and not what the item was and it's cost in an email, turned around with in 5 minutes asked how to cancel the order , because there is not anywhere on the web page of how to cancel and they send you an email link to click on without anyway to cancel at all and then they come back and say where sorry but your order has been shipped and can not be canceled, after they claim to contact the warehouse to see if they can and tell you no they can not. Less then 5 minutes and they can not cancel at all! Yet they turned around and send you an email 2-4 hours later stating that your package is being packaged and then that it is ready for shipping. Meaning that it has not left the warehouse at all and that they lie about it completely of only 1 hour or less to cancel. And tell you to at least try the product out and have 30 days to return it for a full refund. And then they throw another order on my account and sent an email out with a new invoice or order number to my email for 209.58 again for another item and again called them out on it to be canceled with in minutes of it showing up and again told sorry it is too late and have to go throw and the same issue as the first time of trying to cancel. It is definitely a scam company that will scam you out of as much money as they can and make you think it is too late to cancel and send you something that is way over priced and takes at least 12 days to recieve it. They're 5 star that they list are fake 5 stars of reviews just to get you to buy they're product and take your money. I dont even care about theyre response at all since they didnt care about me and my request at all and then to ask for more info or that they will consider this review a fake! Your the fake ones and scammers not me!

Sehr komplizierter Bestellvorgang. Weitere Produkte müssen aktiv verneint werden. Nur dann funktioniert eine Bestellung.
Sofortige Stornierung wurde nicht akzeptiert, obwohl in den AGBs 12 Stunden Stornierung angeboten wird.
In den AGBs wird mit 30 Tagen Rückgaberecht geworben ( auch EU Recht ). Rückgabe wird trotzdem aus Hygienegründen dann aber verweigert und es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Sehr fragwürdiges Geschäftsgebaren!!!

This is a drop shipping website. The product I purchased for $45 was a less than $2 product on Alibaba. Don’t waste your money, do not buy from this shop.

Sensselo company îs not what you expect a good business model . I placed an order which I tried to cancel few minutes later because I realised that they charge prices in American dollars
I’ll never order again because they lied to me on telling me I can return the item if is unopened. The scam îs tje price , fund the same item in Australia for the half of price (Australian dollars ) untrusted business
