Bad business
Ordered an item from them. They said it could take up to 12 days to deliver. 17 days later and they couldn’t even send me a tracking number. They say it will take another 14 days to deliver. They won’t give me a refund.
Stay away from this crooked company

Do not order from this company!!! They are bogus In all likelihood, you will be charged, but not receive your order and then get endless excuses about shipping delays, etc. as to why your order has not arrived. After a month and a half, I am still trying to just get the refund process started.

Vorsicht bei einer Bestellung – Rückgabe praktisch nicht möglich
Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Shop ist leider äußerst negativ.
Der Bestellvorgang ist aus meiner Sicht sehr undurchsichtig. Ich wollte ursprünglich nur einen Artikel bestellen. Durch für mich nicht ausreichend erkennbare Automatismen während des Bestellvorgangs wurden jedoch weitere Artikel hinzugefügt. Eine sofortige Stornierung der Bestellung war anschließend nicht möglich.
Noch problematischer wurde es bei der Rückgabe: Ich wollte die komplette, ungeöffnete Bestellung zurücksenden. Statt die Retoure abzuwickeln, wurde mir zunächst angeboten, die Ware zu behalten und 25 % des Kaufpreises zurückzuerhalten. Später wurde das Angebot auf eine höhere Teilrückerstattung erhöht. Ich habe diese Angebote abgelehnt und weiterhin ausdrücklich die vollständige Rücksendung verlangt.
Danach wurde die Kommunikation letztlich eingestellt. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung erhielt ich weder ein Retourenlabel noch eine ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung meiner Rückgabe.
Nach meiner Erfahrung wird einem die Wahrnehmung seiner Rückgaberechte damit erheblich erschwert. Das Vorgehen beim Bestell- und Retourenprozess empfinde ich als höchst unseriös und verbraucherunfreundlich.
Mein Fazit: Vorsicht bei einer Bestellung. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal kaufen.

The penis pump causes pain when the penis is removed
The penis pump is poorly designed: after enlarging my penis with the device, there was no way to extract it from the rubber gasket without causing me considerable pain. The shaft comes out ok, but the head is too big for the opening and gets stuck. That ruins any erection that the device has produced. I tried the device a second time, with the same result. I’m still in pain from the experience.

The product is not good quality. Sesselshop overcharged me and did not respond to my repeated requests to correct the over charge. Did not indicate anywhere in the checkout process that I would be charged for delivery. No communication what so ever. Not a good experience.
