Very shady checkout system. I never fully finalized my order as they wanted to upsell so I just left the site. I soon received emails stating I had bought 2 and an upsell product. Nothing was ever delivered approaching one month. Stay away from this company!!!

Be very careful when you are purchasing from this company and checking out. Their finalisation process is very deceptive and confusing. I somehow bought 3 of an item I most definitely only needed 1 of. I contacted them immediately to try and cancel 2 of them but they sent 3 anyway.

It was difficult to contact them for a refund and when I finally did they would only give me 25% back of the cost. Be very careful of the button you press because it automatically pays for the extra with checking and then finalises the process.

I was in a vulnerable position after my husband had a prostate removal surgery due to cancer. The website is designed to take advantage of this and I was hoodwinked and somehow ended up with 4 penis pumps. The return process is slow and difficult. I feel dismissed and stupid and definitely do not recommend this product

They build a website so confusing that customers buy 3 pumps thinking they ad a discount! There’s no way to notice that they are from Poland and will charge you with customs charges and that the currency is in USD …. If you try to cancel order … 10 minutes after buying they will tell you that the items already ships … and you will have to wait for it before you can file claim….

It’s a big system build to confuse costumer and to steal from them!!!

Don’t trust this company!!!!

Overcharged for order. Offered products free of charge- then charged for them. Unable to cancel parts of the order that I didn't want as order already shipped. Told that I can return the product-the cost of returning unordered products outweighs the cost of the order (international postage). Order sent out- no shipping details provided. Multiple emails to their support/help desk without resolution. I would not recommend anyone purchases anything from this company.

The support has been good with operatives trying hard to rectify the problem with both devices.

Friendly, proactive

I liked the product and immediately went to purchase it. In the checkout I was a bit upset with the attempts to try to get me to buy other products. I did actually another item but was stuck on another offer that didn’t give an option to decline. At that point, I grew upset and actually exited your website thinking the order wouldn’t complete. I went to another site that was my second choice and placed that item into a shopping cart when I got an email that my order with Sensseloshop had completed. It was kind of unexpected but since that was the product I wanted, I canceled out the shopping cart on the other site. I was a little worried that I may have made that other purchase when I didn’t need an additional one.
