Excellent advice and service.Ollie arrived on time and did a very good job removing an old stairlift and installing a new one.

We ordered a stairlift from Senior stairlifts solely on the basis that they offered a 7-10 day then around time. The sales person and the engineer reinforced this promise at the point of order and the technical survey.
As we approached the seven day limit I phoned to check progress and was informed that I had been given the wrong information and that it would be a minimum of 15 working days. I complained at this point and requested an immediate update once they had spoken to the manufacturer. This call never came. I called back the following day and was told that there had been a delay in the manufacturing process. I asked for the order to be cancelled at this point. The person at the end of the phone assisted me that they would cancel the order as it had gone beyond the promised delivery timescale and again promised to get back to me. Yet again there was no return call. The next contact I had was a couple of days later when I had a call to arrange installation. Sadly this was too late for us as my partner had by this time passed away. I explained the situation and they apologised profusely but I received further emails and phone calls trying to arrange fitting. In the end the company offered me a £500 refund on the £3500 deposit we had given them. I am appalled.by the service and failure to deliver on promises made, but the worst part of the whole debacle is the lack of customer care at a terrible time in our lives. The company failed to reply to emails and each representative spoken to had no recollection of the issues despite the phone calls being recorded.

I cannot praise the senior stairlift team enough. First was Glen who came to measure he was so friendly and helpful. Then Darren came to install the lift he was quick and left it very clean. Then Dan checking all was well. What a team amazing and would recommend to anyone who needs a stairlift .

Have just had my stair lift installed, The engineer was Steve, who did an amazing job in extreme heat.
He was very friendly and very informative , Demonstrated every aspect, and everything was left immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend Senior Stairlifts with confidence.

The fitters were very friendly and helpful. They were here 10 minutes early , fitted 2 stair lifts , cleaned up even down to hoovering , all done in about 3 and half hours .
All demonstrated perfectly.

The Surveyor came on tuesday and it was installed by Olly on friday who was very professional and took the time to show me how to use it, then a follow up call from Dan to check all was okay. I would highly recommend this company 😊

The stairlift I had fitted for my wife was perfect for her needs . senior stairlifts gave me a very fare price and fitted every thing within a week . the engineer Arran Greef how fitted it was friendly and polite he even vacuumed all the stairs for me. All in all I can say senior stairlifts were very fair and did a good job .

I went for a "Refurbished" Stairlift" recommended by the Salesman. At installation I noticed a very broken part and drew attention to it. Installer said fine we will get a new one fitted. That part fell of within 12 hours and no sign of a replacement. Tried to chase it up and got nowhere at all. Then other flaws showed up including the anchor points on the Stairs being all wrong and not properly attached therefore dangerous. I took advice from Citizen's Advice who told me I was within my rights to have a full refund under the 2015 Consumer act. So I sent a letter before court giving them time to reply. They ignored it completely until the deadline was passed and then offered to put everything right. Absolutely not if there is a problem it is put right the moment it happens not just before Court Action. The spare part had eventually turned up with no instructions of how to fit - and was absolutely FILTHY. Next letter before court was sent and came back "undelivered three times" written on it. So just before I implemented court action I tried WHICH as the company are WHICH Trusted Traders. Within a couple of hours they were on the phone. Claiming they didn't have my bank details. So I said send the email and I will return bank details. They were foolish enough to send the emails which had my bank details on them! Do not touch them they bully the elderly and are totally incompetent. I have had a new stair lift installed by Acorn Stair lifts and that company were horrified at the incompetent dangerous fitting. Senior Stairlifts were late arriving to remove my installation so the new company took it out for me to be collected later in the day. I can back up my claims with evidence and believe if I had gone to court I would have got compensation for the aggravation I really didn't need as an 80 year old cancer patient. Minus 5 stars.
