Your fitter for today was kind & answered all our questions. He did a very good job and cleaned up when he was finished. Can't give you his name but he can come anytime. Thank you

I was due an istallation around lunch time but despite tree calls to the office nothing happend until I received a phone call from the engineer at 7pm to say he would be with mein40 minutes.He arrived on time and soon got to work and within an hour and half lift was installed and working.Sean was a great engineer and despite the late time he said he would not leave a customer in the lurch.I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to duty.We had a common interest in Rugby League him being a big wigan supporter.

Reece the fitter was pleasant & carried out the fitting in a timely & very tidy way.
Olly came to change the seat colour & was also friendly & left no mess

From my initial contact Andy, through Louis and Dan to the installation engineer Jordan, I have only good to say about Senior Stairlifts. Of course each member of the team was professional and courteous, but it would appear that here is a company that really listens to the customer... and gives as much time as it takes to make sure that they understand exactly what the customer needs and wants.
And no pressure!

Excellent advice and service.Ollie arrived on time and did a very good job removing an old stairlift and installing a new one.

We ordered a stairlift from Senior stairlifts solely on the basis that they offered a 7-10 day then around time. The sales person and the engineer reinforced this promise at the point of order and the technical survey.
As we approached the seven day limit I phoned to check progress and was informed that I had been given the wrong information and that it would be a minimum of 15 working days. I complained at this point and requested an immediate update once they had spoken to the manufacturer. This call never came. I called back the following day and was told that there had been a delay in the manufacturing process. I asked for the order to be cancelled at this point. The person at the end of the phone assisted me that they would cancel the order as it had gone beyond the promised delivery timescale and again promised to get back to me. Yet again there was no return call. The next contact I had was a couple of days later when I had a call to arrange installation. Sadly this was too late for us as my partner had by this time passed away. I explained the situation and they apologised profusely but I received further emails and phone calls trying to arrange fitting. In the end the company offered me a £500 refund on the £3500 deposit we had given them. I am appalled.by the service and failure to deliver on promises made, but the worst part of the whole debacle is the lack of customer care at a terrible time in our lives. The company failed to reply to emails and each representative spoken to had no recollection of the issues despite the phone calls being recorded.
