Provided regular updates on the way as to when he would arrive & arrived at time specified. Following the bike inspection bank transfer paid straight away with no fees. Spoke with Rob was given a fair price for my Ducati motorcycle.
After some deliberation i decided to go ahead.
Was contacted by Lewis who collected the bike from me. Cant praise him enough excellent service all round.

Wanted quick sale on my bike, gave an accurate description to the best of my ability, got a quote which was very reasonable directly from Rob, bike collected within a few days, Paddy being my collector, very nice chap, chatty and reassuring, happily my description was on point and paid directly no issues what so ever. All in all very happy with the whole process and the company, naturally I would recommend.

From filling out the online form to getting the bike picked up, funds in my account, was ultra smooth & stress fee & quick. I was upfront & honest about my bikes details. It was in showroom condition, full service history & low miles. Harry who came to check the bike over & take the bike, was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, informative, upfront on how the process goes. All in all a good experience.

Kyle arrived today Cracking Bloke really friendly, after he had finished checking the bike over, he said give it a minuet and check your bank account, by the time I had logged on money was in my account, had a quick chat, and he had more pick ups to do.

This was a really easy and smooth experience, initially speaking with Danny over emails and telephone calls, he was great to deal with. A good price for my bike was easily agreed. Collection and payment transfer went just as smoothly. Lewis, who collected my bike, arrived exactly when he said he would, there was no pressure or quibble on the price, he was a really nice guy. Quick and easy sale. Initial internet offer was on the low side but a much better one made over the phone. Bike was collected at a convenient time for me with instant payment.

The negotiating was done over the phone with Danny whom clearly explained the whole process to me after a price was agreed. Phil collected the bike and carried out a through inspection. If you have been honest with your description you will have nothing to worry about at the end of the day if you were buying a bike you would only do the same. Great experience dealing with James & Harry from SYBT. Easy/effortless transaction from start to finish and saved me all the hassle of dealing with eBay etc. Bike was booked in, they came when they said they would and paid me straight away.

Be aware that if your bike has any issues (no service history, marks/scratches, low tread on tyres etc) they will potentially mark it down for this and “adjust” your quote but my understanding is any bike buying firm will do this when they inspect your bike and as mine was a category n it was understandable.

Overall a very easy pleasant transaction and I would definitely use them again.

From first contact to final price fast and fair. right down to collection by lewis very happy and sad at the same time....

This transaction was so simple and SYBT so great to deal with that I was happy to forego the extra money I may have got from selling privately. Honestly it was all done in a day and with a small deduction for a scratch the money was pretty much what was offered. Highly recommend.
