Really good journey from initial offer to collection of the bike, can’t fault them.

Kyle was very helpful when I rang to discuss the valuation and the collection process. It happened exactly as he described. Phil, who collected the bike, arrived on time and made the handover process straight forward.

I can’t praise Sold Out enough. Fantastic service ironing out a couple of minor issues with my beautiful bike. If you want a cracking custom motorbike I highly recommended these terrific guys

This company made offers to buy my bike for top money to get my business , however be very careful they rip you off when they turn up eg they offered me £2,700 for my bike which was in immaculate condition , when the guy turned up he IMMEDIATELY started to knock money off the offer price eg he said it needed new tyres , IT DIDNT, he said it had been poorly resprayed , it was as it was as it come out of the BMW factory ! , he said that it needed a major service , It had a full service history etc etc EVERYTIME he mentioned something he took £100 off the offer price !!!! He then offered me only £2,100 of the original quote of £2,700 ! I had to negotiate hi, up again but sold it for only £2,300. Be very aware , they offer top prices but when they get to you they use EVERY AINGLE EXCUSE to knock you down on price , I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!!!!

Filled in the online form Weds pm, got an offer that evening, called to accept it Thurs am, arranged for collection Friday pm. The driver, Lewis, called me to confirm collection, texted me to advise a 30 minute traffic delay and was super-polite and friendly while here. Arranged for online payment, which took 2 minutes, and off he went 30 minutes after arriving. The whole process couldn't have been easier from start to finish over 48 hours.
