Great team

Very decent to deal with
Very decent to deal with. Didn't haggle. Paid me for the bike before even collected it. What a company this lot are. They offered me a lot more than anyone else. Highly recommend

Would NOT recommend
Made me an offer which I accepted. After about a week of poor communication they substantially reduced the offer because of some minor damage they'd seen in the photos I'd sent. Why didn't they notice this before the original offer? They even accused me of withholding the damage from them. When I asked how this was possible to do by sending pictures of said damage, I received no reply. Very disturbing attitude and I certainly wouldn't recomment them to anyone.
Just read the reply. After riding the bike for 14 years, never in my wildest dreams would I describe it in as like new condition - unless by mistake, which I seriously doubt. That's it, done now, say what you like.

Upon receiving your bike submission through our website, we based our initial offer on the description provided, which indicated that the bike was in "like new or not far off it" condition. It was during the subsequent communication that we inquired about the missing tank badge on the right side of the petrol tank. It was only after you provided us with the bike's registration number that we conducted a thorough check of the MOT history, revealing previous drop damage that had not been disclosed to us.
We acknowledge that there is an option on our website for customers to list any damage or drop damage on their bike, which was not utilized in this case. The photo you provided was pixelated and did not clearly depict the extent of the damage. Subsequently, we made an adjustment to our offer before dispatching a driver to assess the bike in person, in order to prevent any inconvenience to you.
We take pride in our reputation for fairness and transparency, as evidenced by our other reviews and Google ranking. It is disappointing to hear that you found our actions to be of a disturbing attitude. We assure you that our goal is to provide the most honest and professional service to motorcycle enthusiasts across the UK.

Offered a decent price for my bike…
Offered a decent price for my bike which I accepted and was told it could be picked up that day. Then nothing, no updates and no responses to emails to sold the bike elsewhere. Very disappointing service and would not reccomend.
