Absolutely terrible experience. SelfShip received my two parcels in January 2026, and months later I am still waiting. Endless emails, endless excuses, and no resolution. Customer service has been completely ineffective. I deeply regret trusting this company with my shipments. Just awful !!!!!! Stay away from this company
Painfully bad experience
Items missing from the first delivery and the 2nd delivery just not arriving. Absolutely terrible service. No phone contact. Bad communication. Staff who don't care.
If you insist on using this company you should consider it only for low value items that you don't mind being 'lost'.

This company takes no accountability for missing packages! Tracking will show that it arrived, but will say they don’t have it with zero resolution! Even though the website says they have liability up to $100! Don’t trust and don’t use selfship or desertcart!

I ordered something from Petco. My order has been delivered to their warehouse , but they never marked it as received by them, while there’s proof from the courier company that it had been delivered. I’ve been sending them email for a month and they just ignore my messages. Chatting with them but of no use. Absolute waste company. Don’t use this service, because your items will be lost or stolen at the warehouse and you won’t get that back.

My experience with Selfship has been extremely disappointing. My shipment reached their Mumbai warehouse but was returned to the merchant without my approval or explanation. Not sure if they had lost my items. No clear communication, no refund update, and rude chat agents with no accountability. Completely unprofessional service — confusing, careless, and frustrating from start to finish.

Almost Perfect. Privacy Concerns!
I was honestly worried at the start because I read so many reviews of people claiming that the warehouse makes up rules as they go along on what is and isn’t restricted item. I voiced my concern from the very start and till now I’ve not incurred any problems.
I order my supplements typically in bulk and this has always cost me months of running back and forth from the MOH to this Ministry to that Office to this portal and that wormhole.
With self-ship i’ve not had to lift a finger. I subscribed to the pro membership because of how satisfied i am with the current customer care.
The ONLY reason I deducted one star is because they ALWAYS HAVE TO open and repack your items.
This of course is less than ideal for people who prefer some privacy or other instances such as delicate items.
For example, i ordered some pure supplement powders that comes with a Certificate of Analysis, i’ve had instances where those were thrown away to save room for the repacking.
I think people should be given the option on whether they want their items consolidated or simply reshipped in its original package.

You will never receive your item, and all they have to say it's not allowed to order "my item" to your country, but they don't know i'm ordering the same thing with Shop and Ship monthly with no issues. Why i tried Selfship then? I thought they will be faster or cheaper than Shop and Ship.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my first order through Selfship. I purchased a pair of shoes from a seller on eBay based in the US, and the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to my Selfship address over three days ago.
Despite this, I have not received any updates from the US team regarding the status of my package. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that they had not received my package. I provided the tracking number and a screenshot for reference, and a ticket was opened for further investigation, but I have yet to receive a response.
While I appreciate that customer service is available 24/7, I am disappointed that no solutions have been offered thus far. I remain uncertain about how to proceed, as I have not yet received my order.

The shipping calculator estimated it to be around 50 usd so went ahead with the purchase, and the first kg is supposed to be free! Complete rip off! Misleading ads and rates!
