I've ordered several items in search of perfect outfits for my son's wedding. Not everything was the right fit &/or look & the Customer Service group has been amazing in assisting with prompt returns/refunds as well as handling a couple of unique situations.

I'm a huge fan of S-P clothing & the exceptional customer service they provide!

I ordered the Black Sequin Knit Tailored Midi Dress in size L. I am 170cm tall and a UK size 14. The dress fits perfectly. It is so beautiful. Very high quality material. Very elegant. They shipped the wrong belt with the dress. Customer service were extremely helpful and shipped the right belt out to me immediately and arranged for DHL to pick-up the wrong belt. I'm very happy with the product and with customer service.

I purchased several dresses from Self Portrait for my wedding, keeping the ONE! It was super easy to return the dresses that didn't work, and I could not be happier with how I looked on my wedding day. I wanted to leave a review of the dress itself, but it doesn't appear that the site allows individual items to be reviewed. Ah well. I highly recommend for anyone in the market for a special occasion outfit or an alternative to an over-priced wedding gown. I got far more compliments on my dress than I could have even imagined.

I wanted to purchase a dress internationally and wasn’t able to get the Welcome discount code to work. The customer service staff (Jacqueline in particularly), answered my email query instantly, following up with several options to try. And when they didn’t work, she the activated the discount once I’d purchased and received the dress (which only took a few days to be delivered from the UK to Australia).

The whole shopping experience was so positive and easy!

Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt, das leider defekt ankam. Zudem waren keine Ersatzpailletten beigelegt. Als ich die Rücksendung anmelden wollte, habe ich gesehen, dass dafür nochmals 20 € Versandkosten berechnet werden. Da der Defekt nicht mein Verschulden war, habe ich Self Portrait kontaktiert. Ich erklärte, dass ich das Kleid behalten hätte, wenn es in Ordnung gewesen wäre. Nach langem Hin und Her muss ich nun trotzdem die Rücksendekosten tragen. Unterm Strich habe ich so 20 € für den Versand und 20 € für die Rücksendung gezahlt und am Ende kein Kleid. Nach den hier gelesenen Bewertungen ist zudem fraglich, ob ich mein Geld für das Kleid überhaupt erstattet bekomme. Sehr enttäuschend.

This is my first online purchase of Self Portrait dress but during the purchase, the welcome code which entitled me for 10% discount for new subscriber was faulty and I didn't get the discount. I sent a email to enquire and was delighted that Marta responded to my mail very soon.After some verifications,she quickly refunded the discounted amount to me,at the same time she also tried to find out the root cause for the gitch so that the incident will not happen to other subscribers.Her service recovery is remarkable and I will continue to buy from Self Portrait website direct, keep up the good work!👏

lovely products but returns are costly.. I shipped back an item from Canada.. cost 180.00! Because Self Portrait bills in British Pounds also lost money on the refund as it exchanged at a different rate.. the return basically cost me 300.00! Which was half the amount of the return.. I would ONLY order again if I was 100% sure the item would fit.. costly lesson learned

First off, the clothes are a high quality not seen frequently in today’s market. They are made and even packaged with care. I love the mint green solid sided box. Then you have their classic, sophisticated styles which is unique and timeless.

Recently I had to return a dress that was too big and buy another size. I contacted customer support to help me apply a credit I had to the repurchase from the initial purchase. They were responsive and swiftly made the credit to my card. I sent my email in the evening and in the AM when I woke up, it was processed.

I will continue to purchase Self Portrait clothing with confidence.
