I received a call today from an…
I received a call today from an employee from your company (so sorry can't remember her name ) and I asked if she could call back in half an hour which she did . It was an unexpected call regarding health and life insurance I was taken anack a bit due to having a cancer diagnosis 5 years ago and didn't think I would ever be in a position to receive cover from any companies. I was then passed to a senior employee Shaun and had given myself options it had taken no more than 20 mins and everything was sorted . I can't thank them enough for that call today it has taken a huge weight off my shoulders incase anything else happens to my health in the future and having a 9 year daughter on the spectrum and I care for her full time while having my part time job and a partner at home that would take pressure off them and a bit more secure . I lost my 63 year mother last year to cancer and had no clue she had a life insurance in place and helped so much since it was just me and my mum to arrange funerals etc . Thank you for that call today you really have no idea the stress you have taken off me 🙌
