This was our third American Cruise Lines cruise and we are Eagle Society members...those facts alone should indicate our preference and support for American Cruise Lines. From the maintenance of the ship, to the camaraderie of the crew, and the exquisite dining/ itineraries, you are a quality class operation! Continued sucess!

I am glad Moriah got us singles together for a meet and greet. We hung together all week and are all Facebook friends now. The whole cruise was perfect, food, entertainment,atmosphere and excursions. Thank you for making my birthday special also, I had 3 pieces of cake that day.

Had a wonderful time. The staff over all was very pleasant and made the time on board a great experience. Kathy was outstanding.

Very nice cruise. Food was wonderful. Internet was not very good but I believe the ship was having a few “technical difficulties”. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Trip met all expectations. Did not have an issue with anything on the cruise. Staff, food, and excursions were first rate. Signed up for another cruise.

This is the only way to cruise as far as I am concerned. Small and intimate. The staterooms were large and the bathroom was exceptional. The historian was excellent and the music great. All of the excursions were excellent = took a mixture of complementary and premium. The staff was outstanding.

It's so comfortable - the room, the staff, the food, the excursions - all excellent. The passengers are friendly and sociable, excited to be there. Great experience.

Your staff was excellent

This was a great cruise. I do have a comment about the lack of time in Charleston. There usually is a short activity prior to boarding the ship the first day. I didn't want to go to the expense of coming a day early. Instead of an activity we sat in the hotel lobby for 3 hours which was very disappointing. It seems that there could have been something scheduled even if it was a short activity. The entertainment needs to be more varied. The only show I enjoyed was the last night, the 2 ladies were very good. The rest of the entertainment was of no interest to me. I did enjoy the history presentations , very informative.

Multiple reasons: Most important, crew and staff are friendly and ready to help at with any and everything. Second, your cruise price is all inclusive. I've told friends that you could get on the ship without any money and have a great time. Third, the small number of passengers makes the whole cruise so much better. There's not a small town cruising with you and there aren't line and crowds everywhere.

A very friendly staff. Trevor, the cruise director was awesome, The entertainment, Richard, Kevin, Mario, Luke and the Nez Perce Indians were so personable and entertaining. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and the scenery which was so special from the river. Already signed up for our next cruise.

The crew absolutely the best!!! Our cabin steward Germaine did a great job and helped us out with several extras. The waitstaff that waited on us--Jack, Mabry, Steven, and Orlee were great. Very attentive and efficient. Seth and Delton in the Sky Lounge were friendly, attentive and efficient. McKenzie is probably the best cruise director we have had. Clay was great too!

Excellent cruise, staff, excursions and food. Looking forward to hopefully taking another cruise with American Cruise Lines in the future.

The friendliest of the staff and the fantastic service we were provided. Rhonda was our server in the dining room and she is awesome. Kas said she is new but she also took very good care of us. The entertainment at night was the best !! And we met so many great people. We will be back for another trip soon !!!!

Everything was wonderful!!! We enjoyed every aspect of the cruise. We will be doing this again soon. I highly recommend American Cruise Line.

Loved the staff and their friendliness. Food was good although spiciness was sometimes an issue. Disappointed that we were in Natchez on a Sunday when nothing was open. Overall a good experience and I enjoyed the trip!

Our Mississippi River cruise aboard American Serenade greatly exceeded our expectations. The crew and staff were friendly and always there to help. Food was great, tours were great. We can't think of anything significant that they need to do better. It was great!

Great food. Great staff. Great excursions. Great onboard entertainment.

Travel was great, cleanliness of ship, Housekeeping personal outstanding, Dining service was great.
Tours & Director were the best. Food was excellent. Everyone that was encountered was pleasant & helpful.
