Secure Data Recovery Services Recenzje

I can't recommend this service enough.

Mark Cooney, who was in charge of my case, was very helpful and professional, as well as being responsive.

The recovery was surprisingly fast and effective. I'm extremely happy to say that all 100% of the files on my failed solid state drive were recovered. Which is an absolute lifesaver as it means that important personal files as well as work for clients is not lost.

Hopefully I don't end up in this situation again, but if I do, I'll know exactly who to contact!

Great customer service kept me updated at each stage and answered any questions or queries promptly I had cannot recommend enough

First class service! 100% recovery from external hard drive and earlier than expected, would definitely recommend!

I contacted Secure Data Recovery Services in moment of crisis after accidentally deleting 10 years worth of artwork from a 5TB hard drive. Mark was helpful, friendly and quick to respond throughout, and he and the engineers offered me a very generous discount, since I was a private individual without a company budget. I would highly recommend their services.

I used Secure Data Recovery to recover data from my ancient hard drive with old pictures, videos, games, and other files.

I had the privilege to be in touch with Mark Cooney who was wonderful throughout the process. They have managed to recover 100% of my files by providing pictures of the folder names and size of each folder (Can't see the actual content before you receive the Hard Drive back)

One thing to keep in mind is that its services are quite pricey, so make sure you can make the payment.

Overall, I have had no bad experiences.

You receive your data with a new hard drive and also your old one.

Mark Cooney, my dedicated account representative, walked me through the entire process and answered any questions or concerns, which put my mind at rest. He was very responsive to my emails, and my data was recovered and returned to me faster than the projected timescales.

I would highly recommend using Secure Data Recovery Services.

The Western Digital Network Storage suddenly went bad and it treasured years of picture of my family and kids. We were unsure of the recovery and speaking to WD they suggested few options and one of them lead to Secure Data Recovery. Our initial contact Mark Conney, explained the process, challenges and potential price. After some due diligence we decided to progress with SDS and all through the engagement till the recovery Mark kept us informed of each step and progress and also ensured our outputs were kept safe for collection. We cannot thank Mark enough who made it look simple and was always there to guide. We appreciate all efforts to restore the years of treasured pictures. Thanks to Mark and SDS for their support.

I was very sceptical going into this data recovery world as many companies are promising miracles and often will charge hundreds if not thousands.
Mark at Secure Data Recovery Services was honest, approachable and had a clear plan in order to recover my missing data. I was never told everything would be recovered (it wasn't) however I knew what to expect when given a quote and if nothing was found, nothing was charged which I felt comfortable with. Unfortunately some of my data was not recoverable as the heads of the drive had gone but roughly 75% of my work was recovered. It is better than nothing. I am very thankful to Mark and his team and will use them again in the future.... (hopefully not).

Super helpful service and quick turnaround time, staff were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Secure Data Recovery Services. Mark Cooney was professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I'm thrilled that all my data was successfully recovered. While the price is on the higher side, the quality of service and the peace of mind it provided were absolutely worth it. Highly recommend their services!

Sales rep communicated well, the option to use Affirm in order to break down the total into monthly installments was what made me choose them. It is expensive but well worth saving 7+ years of work. 3+ TBs recovered

Exactly what we needed, catastrophic failure of both disks in a raid, sent on disk over to these guys and we got the data back.
Highly recommend, remember folks, make sure your backups are working, test them !

Highly recommend! My camera card was soaked in sea water and neither the camera nor the laptop can even read the card at all. Secure data recovery services helped me and sent my card to the lab in US and I got 100% photo data back. These are very important memories for me and i really want to recommend the service.

We have tried several other companies to fix our problem however Secure Data was the most proactive and solution oriented one. Our problem was more complex than we initially thought, their team is very professional and and overall process was smooth. I would recommend their services.

I work for a childcare company and have backed up lots of useful documents on to a portable hard drive documents such as plans and risk assessment formats, diploma qualifications, certificates, and most importantly photographs of my child when he was born up to age 3.
All this information was recovered and transferred perfectly to a new portable hard drive by secure data recovery service.
Secure data recovery service were knowledgeable, very experienced and told me what the technical issue was before even looking at my hard drive. As soon as they received the hard drive I was made aware, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, and contacted me to discuss next steps, reassuring me that all my data could be recovered.
Mark Cooney was understanding, reassured me throughout the whole process. He was helpful and kept me informed at every stage of the recovery. He even managed to reduce the cost, and sent a shipping label for a reliable courier to transport my hard drive.

All my files and data have been recovered, and I could view these via an online link prior to payment so I was confident that everything was recovered accurately.

I could not be happier with the service provided by secure data recovery services and would recommend this company to colleagues, friends and family.

Helpful and informative. No need to pay if a secure data recovery is unsuccessful. Quick turn around time and an easy process.

Excellent service from start to finish!
The process is very simple and I was completely supported throughout my journey. I was looked after by Mark Cooney who very patiently tracked my QNAS until it arrived at their office, explained to me in non-technical jargon what was wrong with my QNAS, what they could do to recover my data, how my data was going to be stored and sent back to me and my QNAS returned. The technical team behind the scene worked their magic tricks and recovered all my files, I was in the loop during the process so I could verify what data I was after and how the data was transferred into a working storage unit. Mark was "holding my hand" throughout the process, making simple things like the sign off of the data, processing the payment and arranging for a safe delivery service for both ways! I could not be more grateful to Mark & Co. Truly professionals that exude competence! I would recommend Securedata Recovery services again and again!

Losing data on any external drive can be very stressful and anxious time, particularly when treasured photographic memories are involved. Secure Data Recovery and my representative Mark Cooney were amazing, very personable but also very professional. In the end I provided them two drives, one of which had been damaged by a previous botched repair elsewhere. They recovered 90% of data on each. Fantastic super hero service.
