Secure Data Recovery Services Recenzje

I contacted Secure Data after my external hard drive got damaged.
Everytime I had a question about the process, the payment or something else, Mark always quickly called or replied to me with a very detailed answer.
Thanks to him !
I recommend.

The customer service was clear, timely, and well-structured from start to finish. Mark was especially helpful, providing detailed explanations and quick, thoughtful responses at every stage. A very smooth and professional experience overall.

When you make a sales call and the person says that they are not interested, that should be the end of the matter.

I said that I wasn't interested and put the phone down, and he immediately tried to call me back again.

My work Laptop crashed, damaging the internal SSD drive in the process. The drive hard years of data, including work and personal engineering projects. Original data conceived by myself. The kind of data, that could not be reproduced. My best option was to have the data recovered using forensic methods. Individuals handling the operation needed to be of the best repute, to prevent data leakage.

Secure Data Recovery Services had the best reviews regarding, Customer Service, Integrity, Cost and Success rate.

Further to this, I am not a resident of the United Kingdom. I live in The Republic of Malawi, a country in Central East Africa. to perform the recovery, the drive had to be shipped to their facilities.

The whole process including all payments on my end were facilitated by their excellent service and favourable payment plans.

If it had not been, for the persistency of the dedicated staff at Secure Data Recovery, I would have lost years of work. Work I can never recreate to the exact quality.

In my book, they are the best in the business. I recommend them to all the people in my network.

All data from my water damaged Samsung note 20 ultra phone was recovered flawlessly. Secure data recovery is hands down the best and most reliable recovery agency in the UK.

Excellent customer service, professional and courteous on the telephone as wellas when speaking face to face. All the necessary information is discussed and given before you proceed meaning you can make an informed choice. Highly recommend Secure Data Services.

I had an excellent experience with Secure Data Recovery. After my drive failed, they managed to recover around 96% of all my files, which was far more than I expected. Their team were quick to respond, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything incredibly straightforward. The recovered files were delivered directly to my house on a new hard drive, neatly organized and ready to use. I really appreciated their professionalism, clear communication, and efficiency — they turned what could have been a really stressful situation into an easy and reassuring process. Highly recommend their service!

My experience was that of an elaborate price gouging. I am asking my device to be sent back without recovery, because the information I was provided was not completely honest. The staff have been nothing but kind, helpful and quick in their action. But it is clear, at least in my case, that there is price gouging.
When I looked at the price range by clicking on "Select your desired turnaround time via the link" in my email, the diagnostics was that the price would be between £200 and £500+. I sent my SSD and after their actual diagnostics they asked for more than £3,350. This price is 6 times higher than the highest price I was initially informed. I would not have sent my SSD if I knew that they would have asked for such a high price.
The staff have kindly informed that the high price is due to the time engineers would have to spend to recover data. Nevertheless, I still think that either I could have been provided with a more accurate estimate or the price is much higher than it should have been.

Experience was lovely, Tom really helped us out and helped us to recover a lost data from corrupted SD card which was corrupted because its memory finished during a video recording. I really recommend the service and their terms and conditions are very pleasant and offer you full protection from anything. Very recommended!

Be careful if you enter any contact details when getting quotes from multiple companies. These people will email again and again and again. And call. And email. And call. Even after you say no.

A mature professional company does not need to pressure customers like this.

I turned to this team for help recovering some important photos, and I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and kindness. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they were also incredibly helpful, patient and clear in their communication. It’s rare to find such a combination of technical skill and human warmth. It’s suprising knowing how much job they had to do and the way they did it with professionality and in a really competitive way!

Very good customer service received from secure data recovery services and Tom. Fast response to any queries and very helpful. Managed to recover a lot of our data which we thought was lost. Overall very happy with the service and experience. Would highly recommend

Very good company with you at the heart of everything they do. my data was recovered without any issue.

Great service and price. Managed to recover all my data within timely manner. The staff very professional and helpful.

I would like to take the time to thank Mark Cooney and the team for the work and effort in recovering almost 14 years of family photos and videos. From the moment I contacted the company I was reassured and kept up to date with progress and the outcome was full recovery of everything.

The process was so easy from collection to delivery of the recovered data.

Thank you so much

Really happy with the service at SDRS. I sent in an SSD that had failed and I thought I had lost a large amount of family photos and videos (including my wedding video)! Mark was really helpful, clear and informative throughout the process.

They were able to recover 100% of the data on my SSD drive which is a huge relief. I would highly recommend SDRS for anyone having a similar issue.

These guys were really easy to deal with. The communication throughout the process was excellent despite me being slightly unsure of next steps. We finally went ahead with the data recovery and received an excellent service.

Having been told by another company that the photos on my hard drive were 'unrecoverable' I was devastated by that news. I then contacted Secure Data Recovery Services who were helpful, honest, positive and informative. Within a month they recovered 86% of the thousands of photos that were on the drive and I couldn't be happier with this result and also the way this company dealt with my problem. A special mention to their representative, Mark Cooney, for the first class service.

I had a hardware issue with my external hard drive.
I reached out to Secure Data Recovery Services and they were more than accommodating to my needs and helped me through the process.

Would highly commend if someone needs help with their data recovery.
