looking forward in future to contact definitely 👍 💯

Secure data recovery did a fantastic job ! I had an old hard drive, and sadly it completely broke. I thought it was beyond repair, but i took a chance and sent it to these guys, and they managed to recover all my important files. Hassle free, easy to get hold of and very supportive throughout the process, i would thoroughly recommend

Excellent customer services Mark Cooney. Efficient and trustworthy

Contacted them after checking their reviews on Reddit / Yelp. Great experience from the beginning. They offer drop-off locations in all major cities. Free shipping to their main Office, plus free Evaluation of Data. No charge until they determine the extent of recovery. They also gave me an online directory link to my entire drive- with all subfolders and files, which was very helpful. Brought the price down when I told them I couldn't afford the original quote. Very satisfied, and I wouldn't say this unless I went through it myself.

We thought we were doomed when our hard drive failed. As a photographer we had thousand of images that we thought were lost for good after being told by one company that there was nothing they could do to retrieve the data. Luckily we went for a second opinion with Secure Data Recovery who managed to do a full 100% recovery, Yes it came at a cost but was absolutely worth it. I would thoroughly recommend these guys.

Mark Cooney was great - patient, accommodating and helpful. He gave me a lot of flexibility with regards to payment, and followed up for me on additional requests. Looking forward to seeing the pictures.

Mark was exceptionally helpful and I would 100% recommend this company. They helped me recover a damaged hard drive.

Extreamly professional. and very helpful. I was the middleman and they were extreamly understanding and understood that while i was the technical person i had to go to my boss for every little thing. they helped me and them through it all and got it done.

If you have any apprehension on getting your data back then these guys will help you and explain everything along the way. Getting your data back isnt cheap but if its a must then you cant go wrong with secure data recovery uk.

Yes it took a while but that was more on our end than on theirs, everything they said they were going to do they kept to so i'm very happy with there service.

Exemplary customer service is what sets this company apart from others. Very professional, great communication and, in my case, a successful recovery of all data from a NAS drive with four disks that had failed.

I can only heap praise on the staff of "Secure Data Recovery Services" on the recovery of the data on my failed Hard Drive, (100% recovery). Data loss being my own own fault for not replacing my back-up drive which went faulty 12 months ago! My initial contact with Mark C was pleasant & informative with no pressure placed on myself for them to process the recovery, after agreeing with Mark to proceed he was very informative at each stage of the process & any queries from myself were answered immediately. A brilliant experience & thank you to all involved.

After initial contact and quote, my representative Mark was able to offer a much more affordable resolution for me. I had no time constraints for my data recovery and he worked out a plan to do this over a longer period of time which suited me well. Communication with me has always been fast and clear. Recommended.

There are a lot of websites out there after your data. After failing to back up my personal phone which contained incredibly important and sentimental photos (Engagements, holidays etc) I was scared that I had lost them all forever. So many websites and YouTube videos say they can help you but have questionable legitimacy. I found Secure Data Recovery Services and their website instantly put me at ease. Knowing I was out of options elsewhere, and it was either take a leap of faith with them or lose the photos forever, I took the plunge. My faith was rewarded, as Mark and the team have been nothing but attentive and professional. They explained their process, and managed expectations the entire time.

Thoroughly recommend for anyone in a pinch.

After a frustrating experience with a previous data recovery service that charged an unreasonable fee and failed to retrieve my data, I turned to Secure Data Recovery. I spoke with Mark, who immediately stood out for his honesty and knowledge. When I mentioned that the other company tried to charge me extra for a diagnostic report, Mark assured me that this practice was unusual in the industry. He offered to assess my drive with a "no recovery, no fee" policy, giving me confidence that I was finally in good hands.

Secure Data Recovery was able to recover an impressive 99.98% of my lost data—something I had almost given up hope on. It’s refreshing to find a company that doesn’t take advantage of people in tough situations. I can’t thank them enough for their transparency, professionalism, and effective service. Special thanks to Mark for his exceptional customer service and for restoring my trust in the process. Highly recommend!

I recently had a damaged hard drive that I feared would cost me years of important data, but Secure Data Recovery Services came to the rescue in a way that exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end, I was extremely pleased with their service, particularly when I experienced a slight tech issue after receiving my retrieved data. Mark Cooney was also particularly fantastic - he was incredibly understanding of my situation and really went the extra mile to ensure that I got the best possible service and offer. His knowledge and support throughout the process made a stressful situation Much easier to handle. I'm extremely appreciative of the work they did. I highly recommend Secure Data for anyone in need of data recovery.

Great experience with Secure Data recovery services. We had a computer and external hard drive that both decided to stop working around the same time. We were unable to access all our photos and family videos that we had stored over the years.
Mark and the team were fantastic in being responsive, explaining the process, answering any questions and negotiating a fair price for the work.
They were able to retrieve all our data which has been a big relief.
Thank you

Mark was great, held my hand the entire journey of this recovery, which is exactly what is needed in cases where data loss is a huge deal like mine. Eternally grateful to the team for recovering me over 1.3tb worth of data within a short time frame at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

So far I’ve had nothing bad to say, they’ve recovered all the data I wanted just waiting on my delivery now cannot wait to get my stuff back !!

After being hit on my pc with Ransom Ware I became worried about my old hard drives and decided to buy a new hard drive from Amazon. The day it arrived I transferred all my important backups over to it. An hour later I plugged it back into the pc to find it had failed and read as formatted. Now very concerned, as there were many important items on the drive, I googled around for Data Recovery people and Secure Data Recovery in Stratford popped up. I took my hard drive and met with Mark at the offices and discussed what would happen. Within 2 weeks my hard drive was returned and all my data completely recovered. The price was reasonable compared to what I was told by others who had similar issues and Mark is very pleasant guy to deal with. Anyone dealing with these very 21st Century stomach churning problems can know there's a company that will sort it all out for you. Thank you Secure Data Recovery.

I recently had the opportunity to use Secure Data Recovery Services, and I am genuinely impressed with their service and expertise. From the start, they demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach that made a stressful situation much more manageable.

The team is highly knowledgeable, explaining every step of the data recovery process clearly and answering all my questions with patience. They took the time to analyze the damage, provide an honest assessment, and offer realistic expectations on what could be recovered. I appreciated their transparent approach to pricing, with no hidden fees or surprise charges, which gave me peace of mind throughout the entire experience.

Their turnaround time was remarkably quick, and they delivered exactly what they promised. I had lost valuable business data, and Secure Data Recovery not only managed to retrieve it but also handled the sensitive information with the utmost care and confidentiality. The company’s use of state-of-the-art facilities, alongside their cleanroom environment, reassured me that my data was in safe hands.

Overall, I would highly recommend Secure Data Recovery Services to anyone facing data loss issues. Their exceptional expertise, prompt service, and customer-focused approach make them the go-to choice for reliable data recovery. Five stars!
