- You can book on our easy-to-use app or website at any time. Book for the same day, or organise up to a month in advance. You can book appointments for any time from 7am - 10pm, meaning we can fit around your working schedule. We always do our absolute best to accommodate all appointment requests.
- Request your favourites
- We know it's easy to build up a relationship with your beauty therapist and our app makes it easy to book your favourites. You can mark therapists from previous appointments as your favourites and when you make your next booking, you can send your request directly to them. If they are not available, you can then extend to the rest of our elite professionals.
Free Cancellation
We know plans change...
We offer free cancellation if you cancel over 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours but we are able rearrange your appointment there will be no charge.

Get Bryony booked up girlies you won’t regret it ❤️
Bryony was absolutely amazing at doing my hair and make up for an awards ceremony I had to attend in London. I live in Scotland and did not know where to go in London to get all glammed up for the awards ceremony then I came across Secret Spa. I looked through the Therapists and chose Bryony and wow I was not disappointed. My hair and make up was beyond what I expected and I looked and felt a million dollars. Bryony is so talented and was always checking with me at each stage if I liked what she was doing and far exceeded my expectations. Bryony was so friendly and instantly put me at ease. So convenient and a selection of great therapists!
I’ve been using secret spa since my daughter was born - massages, manicures and pedicures, hairstyling for events. All the therapists I’ve used are professional, friendly and efficient.
Being able to have it in the comfort of my home with a little one running around is super convenient.
The booking system is easy to use and I love being able to note my favourite therapists for ease of booking with them again.
Highly recommend!

Fantastic massage in the comfort of my own home at an affordable price
Using Secret Spa for a deep tissue massage in my home was a great experience. Not only do you have the masseuse come to your home which is very convenient, but I was also very impressed with the prices, which were not as expensive as I had imagined they would be. I was also concerned about safety, but was pleased to see that all of the masseuses at Secret Spa were DBS checked for peace of mind. My massage was a very good deep tissue massage - painful in a good way, as a good deep tissue massage should be. My masseuse had also trained as a physiotherapist and I think that further informed her practice. I have had problems with my back for a long time and she successfully dealt with this in just one session. Fantastic! I will certainly be booking again.

Very unreliable
Very unreliable, I’ve tried this company 4 times and on every occasion there was an issue. Therapist late, therapist not available and now again they changed therapist just a few hours before the appointment.
There is better, more reliable and more professional services available. I surely will not use nor recommend Secretspa
