Parts were correct as described. It was easy to navigate the website and the price was very fair. The parts arrived in a timely manner.

Received the power supply, opened it, appears to be in good shape, no damage. Haven't installed it yet. I can always leave another review after that.

It not bad I was expecting an all clear on with a white base and back like my refrigerator came with. This one has a white ring around the top of it and looks good not really out of place. I just adjusted my shelves by moving my milk shelf up to where the broken one was and used the new one for my milk shelf

The two refrigerator water filters are automatically renewed for purchase and delivery every year with a friendly reminder. I would have given a 5 star if the price had not increased by about 14%, $117.65 to $133.82. From 2020 through 2025 the price stayed at about $117. The purchaser should have been advised that the price increased.

The only place we could find this part. Perfect fit.

I was hoping that the motor would be a plug and play but the installation was easy. Just had to cut wires going to the existing one and wire nut them to the new motor. Remember to unplug the refrigerator before cutting the wires. My refrigerator is 25 years old and I’m sure will need replaced in the not to far future but I’m very happy that the motor for the cooling fan is now working properly.

They didn't send a part but charged me, this company seems like a scam. I had to try to get my money back from the credit card company. They never have anything but AI chat available, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

These are well-made parts and work beautifully. I purchased roller wheels and pulley bracket. I am so pleased. You could see, feel, and hear the difference between the old parts and these. I bought the cheap junk knock-off parts on Amazon and they failed after only 1 & 1/2 years. Lesson learned, never again. I will definitely use Sears Parts Direct in the future.

The part I needed was kind of obscure, but the automated assistant stayed with me until it was located and I was able to order it. The part was exactly what I needed and arrived in a timely manner.

My experience with ordering replacement parts for my dishwasher were fantastic. I really didn’t need to talk to anybody. I just looked up my dishwasher model number and then cross reference did on the website and I read the schematic and it gave me the parts that I needed I ordered them and I received them on time and the videos that were included were very helpful and now my dishwasher is working great I avoided buying a new dishwasher.
