I was unable to find part on website…

I was unable to find part on website due to it being discontinued and I called to ask what alternative option(s) I would have since “part is discontinued”. Representative insisted he would be able to locate a replacement part for me. He did, I received it and it fits! Amazing!

2005 Craftsman GT5000 garden…

I own a 2005 Craftsman GT5000 garden tractor. The drive belt was starting to slip off the drive pulley. The old pulley was starting to wobble so I was hoping a new pulley would keep the belt from slipping off.

I had to remove the seat, back fender, and gas tank along with the high-low selector rod. The new pulley fit perfectly. The shaft hole on the new pulley seemed to be updated to not have the raised piece on the flat side of the hole. It looked to be a tad smaller to make up for that difference. To me, not having that raised area seems to be a better design since that raised area seemed to have worn down on the old pulley causing the wobble.

I am very pleased with the new pulley. The old part number has been updated from 184787 to this new pulley part number. I would recommend purchasing from Sears instead of other sellers to ensure you are getting a quality part that is designed specifically for your application.

New Timer for my old Kenmore 70 series

I ordered a new Timer for my Kenmore 70 series washer and received the package the NEXT day. I was very impressed with the person who helped me online named Royalty. He knew exactly what I needed and I couldn’t be happier with how well my old washer is working now!

Fast turnaround!

The website makes it very easy to order the part I needed. Ordered this product on a Sunday evening and it was delivered the following Tuesday. Could not believe how quick the turnaround time was. Will definitely use them again!

It was just the part we needed

It was just the part we needed. We were worried that we wouldn’t get it cause we saw it was on backorder last year. We got it in reasonable time. Now I can fertilize our yard with my spreader.

New vs Old

I was able to find and order my replacement part. I
like that you can verify the part for your model. The only negative is new plate is thinner in thickness to the original.
