Great Quality, Received Early
Ordered on Wednesday, given a delivery date of Monday. Had the part in my hand by Friday, so didn't even have to wait the weekend to fix my dryer. Shipping was fast, great communication/updates on my package. Very pleased with the item I purchased, which was reasonably priced compared to other stores, and much less expensive than hiring someone to fix it.
Absolutely the worst service ever
Absolutely the worst service ever. Placed an order on June 8 and was confirmed for shipment on June 9. A week later I asked for a status update, but was only able to connect to a Chat Bot, no phone number to call. The bot said I'd get a response in 3 days - never happened. Tried again and same result. Finally found a backdoor into their call center and asked for order cancellation 2 weeks after placing order. The operator said they'd put a "request" in to cancel it - couldn't cancel it right then. They said I'll get a response in a couple days. Absolutely terrible!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered a sensor optic for my Kenmore refrigerator on February 16 for which I was charged $41.23. I was told it was on back order. After a few weeks I checked status and found out that the order was cancelled because the part is no longer being manufactured.
I was never informed when it was cancelled. I have been trying to get a refund to no avail. I get a message that I will receive an Email within 3 to 5 Working day but no email or refund arrives.
IT IS TIME to File a Class action lawsuit as it appears that many other customers have similar complaints

Item I ordered was listed to be in stock. I have since recieved 2 emails stating it is back ordered. Cancelled order as I can get the same item from Amazon in 2 days. When I canceled the order the AI assistant informed me that refund of my pruchase price would be reviewed by the supplier and was not guaranteed. ($452.85) This is unacceptable because the item was scheduled to arrive on June 4, 2026 and it is now June 12, 2026 with the current status of "Back Ordered". I tried several times to reach a live person and was not able to access a human being either by phone or by the website. I will try very hard in the future to purchase my items anywhere but Sears PartsDirect.
Fraud, avoid them!
I ordered a part on May 28. I was promised delivery on June 3. I never received tracking info. On June 3 when i did not receive the part, I contacted them via their AI chat. It promised me an update within 3 days. I never received an update. After June 7, I requested an update every day, and every day, I never received an update. They make it impossible to contact them. I want a refund, but the AI chat just tells me that it cant do that because it is waiting for an update. It's a fraud. They stole my money. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Made an order. Less than an hour later I tried to cancel my order. Site said I couldn’t but I could return them.
When the order showed. Only two of three parts arrived. Looked at my order status. Showed the expensive part was canceled, but I was still charged $300 for the part. Returned the two parts they did send.
Was only credited for one of the small parts. Parts direct has ZERO customer service. It’s all AI.
Was unable to get my refund. I did a chargeback with my CC company. It was denied.

I received the parts I ordered in a timely basis. My problem is the way the return was handled. I can understand the paying for return shipping is something that can’t be avoided. But I ordered two items and was returning both. Both items came together and I paid shipping. Upon requesting return of both items I could not return both items together. I had to return both items and pay shipping for two packages even though they were on same order. Will be more careful if I need to buy from them again.

Shipped a dirty, used part.
Shipped me a dirty, nasty, and clearly used ice maker part. Who wants to put that in their nice freezer and make use of that ice? I can’t believe they didn’t even make a tiny effort to try to clean. It was covered in grime.
Reliable and easy to use
It was great to find a site that offers genuine parts for a reasonable price. Shipping and delivery was fair, too. It was easy to find the part I needed for my very old but top performing dryer. No need for customer service, and I got it in under two days.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a treadmill drive motor on March 6th, 2026. Delivery date was supposed to be March 13th, 2026. I have been waiting 7 weeks and I cannot get a delivery date. The call center in Southeast Asia is useless. The website still lists motors "In Stock". Do not by anything from Sears Parts Direct
Back ordered parts but no refund
I was informed that parts are on back order with no delivery date. PartsDirect will not allow me to cancel the order nor get a refund.
Feel like I'm getting no where
I placed an oven part order on 3/12/2026, estimated delivery 3/26/2026.
I still haven't received the part. Can't find the order with their online tool. Spoke with live customer service, was told I would receive a text and an email in next 72 hours.
That hasn't happened. Tried again today, AI chatbot told me I was going to get a text, didn't happen. Meanwhile I have already been billed on my credit card for the part
