If I could have given this company zero stars then I would have.

I have been waiting nearly six months for two weeks holiday pay and it isn't the fault of my manager, it's the reliance that my company has in using SD WORX... I can only presume that they use them because they are cheap

Starting to think it's deliberate. How can this company continue in business when the errors are so constant and comprehensive. They're causing major distress to people's lives with the constant pay errors. The payslips are completely incomprehensible. Random numbers which don't match the hours worked and the pay codes are gibberish - too heavy on acronyms and alphanumeric codes. It is so difficult to work out what you are / aren't being paid for. Incompetent to a shattering extent.

Worst experience ever!
Been only give two of half wages last two month (April and may) while I was sick note because of surgery. Pick me too much pressure with money.

This is an absolutely diabolical company. I and so many of my colleagues regularly get our pay messed up. Some colleagues are underpaid and need to rely on food banks, others are overpaid and lose social security payments as a result - then get the overpayment clawed back. The payslip is unintelligible and there is no accountability from the company. If you are thinking of outsourcing your payroll to this incompetent bunch of cowboys, do your employees a massive favour and avoid this company.

Zwaar slecht uitzendbureau.
Laten niks horen maken je loon zo een paar dagen later over.
Neem je ontslag na 7 weken nog steeds me vakantiegeld niet gezien.
Stuur je om 8 uur in de morgen een appje krijg je om 16:00 in de middag antwoord.
Ik vind dat jullie een hoop moeten veranderen en zou niet meer voor jullie werken.

En weer krijg je een loonbrief die niet volledig is. Nu maart details calender ontbreekt.

Waardeloze organisatie.
Ze beloven je heilig van alles en uiteindelijk raak je in een diepe put.
Als je in de ziektewet zit krijg je wekelijks uitbetaald want maandelijks gaat niet.
Meerdere malen aangegeven om mijn adres te wijzigen maar communiceren gewoon niet. Laten je gewoon in de kou staan. Ik heb door hun schuld opgebouwd omdat de communicatie zo beroerd en waardeloos is en maken bezwaar zodra uwv je wilt overnemen zodat ze geen cent hoeven mee te betalen en je lekker in de problemen werken door hun zogenaamde protecollen en werkwijze. Hopeloos gewoon. Luisteren niet eens naar je en denken ook niet aan dat je tijdens je herstel zulke gevallrn niet erbij kunt hebben. Verschrikkelijk. 1x nooit meer, ik wordt nog liever putjesschepper dan dat ik ooit nog voor hun ga werken.

Sorry, maar ik heb nog nooit met een zo'n super slecht onderneming ( interim kantoor) samen gewerkt. Sinds mijn toenmalige contact persoon niet meer werkt voor SD worx is de service naar de werknemer toe (eigenlijk ik als klant) bar slecht. Ik heb al meerdere keren de huidige contact persoon uitgelegd dat mijn lonen helemaal niet correct worden uitbetaald want er ontbreken een aantal factoren waar er rekening mee gehouden moet worden. Al telefonisch contact opgenomen en ook tal van mails gestuurd en het probleem is nog steeds niet opgelost. Zowel mails in het NL en FR gestuurd want het kantoor is gevestigd in Brussel-Wallonië. Ik wil dat dit spoedig en correct wordt opgelost want anders ga ik verdere stappen ondernemen.

Iedereen moet correct behandeld worden naargelang je als werkgever of werknemer als statuut hebt. Want zonder ons als werkkracht hadden jullie als interim kantoren ook geen werk en loon.

Absolutely shocking!very annoying to use always locks you out !

I strongly advise employers against using SDworx for payroll; unless you want to really aggravate your workforce and create unnecessary work for HR. It hardly ever works and there's no technical support. An example is it persistently fails to recognise login details (username, password etc) resulting in having to reset every single time. This is assuming it actually works because the service is down more than it actually works; as an employer you're essentially paying for nothing until enough of your employees complain. The site is full of bugs, an example is getting "trapped" in the message system (as a side note the message system is redundant because it just notifies users that a payslip is available to view, but not being able to view it from this page) where users are trapped in a loop of constantly landing on the page with no way out or to log off. 1 star is the lowest I can rate and it sdworx doesn't even deserve that.

SD Worx is probably the worst company I’ve ever seen, they treat their costumers like they’re nothing and talk very unprofessional. I’ve had multiple instances at where they ignore people, talk down on people and even send people out when they call in sick. Inhumane. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, this isn’t from me only but there are multiple people saying this. Truly the worst staff I’ve ever met. Jesus Christ.

Written as an employee having to use this to access payslips, time records, etc. This is just bad software/Internet application. Its just bad. The interface is terrible - its difficult to find functions (or even know what functions are available). I was just informed by manager after 3 yrs of using it that I can book vacation through it. OK, thats not all SDWorx blame, but if it was an obvious function I would have seen it anyway. But it gets worse. So, the manager tries to show me how to do it...and can't. Because his managerial interface is different. He can't find how to do it in my interface. There is a vacation/absence interface - it shows nothing useful at all & doesn't allow any entries. I found completely by chance, if you go deep enough in the timesheet, there you can book vacation. Ridiculous.

The main sign-in page loads another page that then fetches timesheet info or payslips (as selected on the main page). This second page sometimes loads the data quickly, sometimes takes over a minute. And there's no indication its doing anything! And if you select to display info from another date (e.g. different payslip), there's no indication its doing anything at all. Also, this second page appears to be a second login. If you try an access a second function from the main page, you sometimes get an error that you're already logged in, you need to log out or exit & logout! It also logs itself off independently of the main page after a timeout. But there's no warning of the timeout. The main page also logs itself off. Independently. Without a warning. So, if you're busy looking at one page, the other one will time itself out. And then neither page works properly.

Timesheets: in some years, for example, if you view August timesheet, you see all days up to 30th...the 31st appears on the September sheet!

Payslips: There is no link between payslips and timesheets. You get you pay listed. If you click on the pay type, you can see hours worked. But...you can't relate that to a period of dates. You can't work out if you've been paid correctly. My particular company uses 4 week periods (not a calendar month) with well one to two weeks' delay from last date to payslip date. So its very difficult to check discrepancies (and there are).

Havent been paid last months wages its been nearly 2 weeks after "payday" have been left hanging & out of pocket with others who rely on their wages each month! Expected to go to work for free which is disgraceful. They tell you to ring HR which I have and also do nothing. Unhelpful and unreliable avoid at all costs in future.

Maken veel fouten. Lonen koppelen aan verkeerde categorieën waardoor medewerkers verkeerdelijk loonverhoging krijgen en je moet teleurstellen dat niet het geval is. Lonen niet uitbetalen omdat ze rekeningnummer van een nieuwe werknemer niet in hun systeem hadden ingeput (wel doorgegeven in de inlichtingenfiche). Ook een werknemer teleurgesteld. Verkeerd advies gegeven bij werknemer die ontslag nam. Hadden haar moeten vrijstellen van prestaties en men heeft geadviseerd om te verbreken wat meer heeft geld heeft gekost maar ze ons niet over hadden ingelicht. Dure firma ook. Hoge instapfee en duurder dan Partena of andere sociale secretariaten. Absoluut geen aanrader!

Absolutely awful. The website looks like its from the 1990's and the app doesnt even work its useless. You get payslips only around a day before you get paid which makes zero sense. Just not a good company to handle payroll at all

In my previous company, payroll was managed by SD Worx. I understood my pay check, it was clear, concise, and consistently correct.

When reading the ratings below, I don’t think it is fair to judge only by the bad experiences that are written here. Probably, people who are happy about the services won’t come here as you actually kind of expect things to go right.

That’s why I thought it was important to share something positive about SD Worx, because my experience with them is flawless.
