If you are planning to use SD Worx for any reason, I strongly advise against it.
It is extremely buggy, difficult to use and has very low security as it has been cyber-attacked and had to shutdown its UK branch temporarily.
But not only is it a bad website, it is difficult to use and there are simply much better alternatives, such as ADP.

Verschrikkelijk anti informatief naar de werknemer toe.
Regelmatig errors om in te kunnen loggen.
Na het krijgen van een email aangaande gepresenteerde overuren is het niet mogelijk ze te controleren of ze juist ingebracht zijn.
Dubieus uiteenzetting aangaande betaalde of niet betaalde verlofdagen.

Tot 10 maal toe mails gestuurd, je wordt aan het lijntje gehouden tot en met.
Ik solliciteerde als technieker, een knelpuntberoep waar ze verschillende vacatures voor openstaan hebben.
Gewoon geen enkele reactie meer, een schande!

Jammer dat ze zich openlijk profileren als een werkgevers organisatie. Als je vraagt om advies om zeker te zijn dat wat je baas je vertelt wel correct is zeggen ze letterlijk "mevrouw wij werken voor de werkgevers, niet voor de werknemers. Dus als u iets wil checken dan belt u de vakbond maar...". Heel teleurstellende uitleg vind ik dit, aangezien zij wel over onze berekeningen gaan...

Certainement le plus mauvais secrétariat social de Belgique ! Et j'ai plus de 30 d'expérience dans ce domaine !
Le site web est compliqué et plein de bug !
Le service est nul ! Il faut attendre des heures avant de les avoir au téléphone !
La compétence du personnel inexistante. Ils sont censés maitriser la matière mais au final, ils ne connaissent rien à la législation belge.

Schlicht weg ein Unverschämtheit wie Worx mit Kunden umgeht. Habe einen Landroid Rasenmäher mit diversen Problemen. Nach mehreren Versuchen Kontakt aufzunehmen noch nicht einmal der Ansatz dieses sogenannten Kundenservices eine Antwort zu erhalten. Man wird schlicht ignoriert und mit seinem Problem allein gelassen. Kann nur sagen Finger weg, es gibt auch andere Hersteller für der Kunde nach mit Verkauf auch noch existiert.

Für mich der letzte Kauf bei dieser unseriösen Firma

Though it is very basic, that is not a problem THE MAIN PROBLEM - it has a lot of bugs and as a summary I conclude IT DOES NOT WORK / avoid buying it.

Shocking company, SD Worx provide payroll for the company I work for in the UK, systems been down for over a week and can't even run payroll to pay us, now a week late!!!!!!

Advise, use another payroll provider.

The website has been down for the best part of two and a half weeks now, meaning staff cannot access their pay slips or book holidays using the app/website.
There seems to be no improvement after checking it everyday.

I work in HR and Payroll for a dozen companies. One of these companies (a SME, 250 fte) is working with the HR and payroll software of SDworx. Their SAAS platform is not good. I has a lot of bugs, it hangs, it is not user friendly built. We get complaints from our personnel constantly and on paydays their server blows out on several occasions. Calling support and requesting help for a questions will result in a invoice of 500 euro's for each request. About their pricing, we pay almost 18.000 euro's each year for this service, while other HR - salary software does the same for like 6000 euro. This is how they work.

It is absolutely a despicable partner to do business with. Unfortunally we are still stuck with them for little over a year..

Zeer slechte service / klantendienst... bewust een grasrobot van het merk Worx gekocht omwille van de verlengde garantie van 5 jaar. Na enkele jaren komt er vocht in de bedieningsdisplay van de grasrobot... opgestuurd onder garantie, maar dan vertellen ze je doodleuk dat de grasrobot met te veel water hebt schoongemaakt.

1) Dit heb ik absoluut niet gedaan, dus waarschijnlijk een smoes van hun om onder de garantie uit te komen! Zie gelijkaardige reviews op trustpilot!
2) Zou een grasrobot niet tegen weer en wind moeten kunnen (bijv. gras/water sprinklers o.i.d.)

Kortom eindeloze discussie met de klantendienst en uiteindelijk dan toch maar gekozen om de factuur uit eigen zak te betalen.
En het ergste van al is dat het ze het onderliggende probleem (voeding die stuk is) helemaal niet naar gekeken hebben.... ik schrijf niet snel reviews, maar de service van Worx is echt WAARDELOOS!

They split people’s wages from December into two payments making people wait up to 8 weeks for 4 weeks wages and there are loads of problems, wrong end date uploaded HMRC so now I’m under investigation for fraud with Universal Credit. Put everyone on make believe tax codes as well

Mijn werkgever betaalde veel geld om een functie in de app te kunnen krijgen om verlof te kunnen zien en aanvragen. App werkt traag en geeft ontzetten veel foutmeldingen waardoor het aanvragen niet lukt.

sdworx is an outsource company that handles payroll services for other companies

on that basis, youd think they would know what they were doing, right? after all, its a specialist company

the company i work for used sdworx for their payroll services, it is a major highstreet retailer, sdworx contract has been terminated due to ongoing issues caused by themselves

the latest of which, is that during december, sdworx posted the incorrect pay date to HMRC regarding when employees at my place of work are paid. the knock on effect of this is that people on universal credit were penalised financially for being paid twice in the same month, because this is what sdworx told HMRC

they made an error and didnt even bother to mention it until a week later, right before a long bank holiday weekend, ensuring that those effected were unable to even attempt to rectify the issue, not that there is an actual resolution for it in the first place but at least give those people the opportunity to try! dont just sweep it under the rug and pretend it didnt happen because it doesnt effect you directly

absolutely shocking company and very poor at the 1 thing they specialize in, their actions directly cause people in need of help the most to fall even further into hardship and they do not even take responsibility for it

absolutely disgusting and i hope your joke of a company gets liquidated so that you can cause no further harm to more innocent victims in the future solely due to the fact that you are, essentially, completely incompetent

Búll$hit service. No techinal support. More often offline then online, due to so-called "technical problems", without ever giving an estimate of when they will come back online. Hardly ever "worx" when you need it most.

Loonbrief raadplegen is onmogelijk. Wordt gedwongen hun app te gebruiken. Een dikke nul. Ga terug loonbrief op papier vragen.
