We’re sorry to hear about the disappointment with the bottle design not matching what was advertised. That said, we completely understand how important presentation is, and we appreciate you flagging this.
Thank you again for your feedback — it genuinely helps us improve and set clearer expectations for our customers.
Warm regards,

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered the Estée Lauder youth dew dusting powder from them. The package arrived completely ruined and the product itself may or may not have given me an allergic reaction (I have never experienced urticaria before opening the turquoise box). I called immediately after receiving the package in the mail room but received no answer. Then once I went to try and open the actual product to see if it was salvageable, I experienced an extreme painful rash. I emailed back and forth to no avail then called just now because there clearly had been lots of misunderstandings throughout the emails. To which I was told I will need MANY images of the box and product from many angles and I will need to pay for it to be tested and sent back to me but I may not even receive a refund. Their refund policies are completely nonsensical and useless. I was even told to try and sell this item on eBay but I am now afraid to touch it after what happened already. I will see if Estée Lauder can help because perhaps they have better service but otherwise I am unsure of what to do with this product. If anyone wants it send me a message I guess :(

We are very sorry to read you experienced a very rare event of both a damaged delivery and a faulty item that caused an allergic reaction. As per all retailers, we are unable to refund immediately without evidence or provision of further details to allow us to investigate the problem in full. We therefore are unable to help you further until the information requested is received.
