Perfect bike, excellent communication. I recommend!

The Aurora 7.2 Full Carbon Road Bike 24S is my first real road bike, and it’s been a game-changer. The full carbon frame feels light yet strong, making climbs smoother and long rides less tiring. The 24-speed gearing gives me plenty of range for both hills and flats, and shifting is crisp and reliable. Handling is responsive without being twitchy, which makes it confidence-inspiring for a beginner moving up to a serious road bike. Overall, it’s a solid balance of performance, comfort, and value—I couldn’t have asked for a better first step into real road cycling.

The SAVADECK gravel bike is great – as per my husband its always a smooth ride, the bike is well-built, and exactly what he was looking for. Very happy with the purchase!

The service was ok for me but a little long

Ho acquistato una bici sava a maggio 2024, fin da subito ho avuto problemi, prima con la vernice che si stacca ovunque, mi viene risposto danno meccanico non coperto dalla garanzia, poi rotto un raggio direttamente dal mozzo della ruota posteriore, riparato a mie spese perché mi viene risposto allo stesso modo,”. Assistenza inesistente , risponde a due email e poi vengo ignota.adesso rotto un altro raggio sempre ruota posteriore sempre dal mozzo lo sto riparando a mie spese.

J’ai passé une commande le 4 août sur la marketplace de Decathlon, vendue par Sava Bikes. Le produit reçu ne correspond pas à la description annoncée, et le vendeur n’assume pas sa fiche produit. J’ai ouvert un litige auprès de l’organisme de crédit Oney.
Toutes mes démarches sont documentées et en cours de résolution.
Je partage cet avis pour signaler le litige de manière factuelle et encourager une résolution rapide.

The bike is fantastic

I bought a used board from them at a deep discount. I am very happy with it and they have been great to deal with when I have had questions.

So first off . The bike was shipped as stated . But delivery was supposed to be friday . I took the day off work as a signature was required. No show . The same Saturday. And Sunday. When the bike did show on Monday there was a huge hole in the box . I wanted to send it back.

Shiping awas expected today august 3rd still hasnt left the shiping facility

Just got my bike and it is awesome love the color its like a mint green with a little white stripe, can’t wait to go riding but I love it

I received the wrong order twice it was an very bad experience. I had to wait a total of 17 days for and order that should only have taken 5 days

How I suppose to review of is been almost 2 weeks and have not recive the bike

The SAVA Hawkeye SLR7-105 Di2 Carbon Road Bike which I purchased has lived up to my expectation and I am satisfied with purchasing this new Road Bike.

Buying a bike off the internet is risky and being a first time bike owner can be a lot. Not really knowing or trusting with such a big purchase. With Gary's help I was able to pick a beautiful bike for my daughter, so she can give road cycling a go with our family. At times when we were stressed about the shipping process, Gary had great communication. When the bike finally arrived the assembly process was very simple with the online Youtube videos. I do wish there would have been a paper manual since the videos are quick. The only problem with the building process is that the seat post was too long for her size, which we ended up cutting it. Once that was cut the sizing of the bike was wonderful! It true is a beautiful bike, it catches a lot of attention on the road! My daughter has been riding the bike for the past month and has enjoyed the bike so much! Everything about the bike performs very high. Overall we are extremely proud of this purchase and are looking forward to continuing business with SAVA Bike.

The website was easy to navigate and listed details of each product helping me make an informed decision on my purchase. Shipping timeline was transparent and I was kept up to date on tracking. My bike delivered on time and in the condition expected. Although there wasn’t an assembly manual included, there are several YouTube videos available to help. The bike comes 90% assembled and finishing it myself was easy. I find the bike itself extremely good quality and equally comparable with the more expensive models. I have zero regrets about this purchase and will absolutely recommend the brand to fellow cyclists.
