Fatal y penoso! Pagas un envío express al domicilio 24-48 horas, y lo resulta que transportista ( Seur) ha dejado en el punto de recogida, y lejos de mi domicilio, pero por la parte de la empresa contestaron por WhatsApp acaba de unas cuantas horas y encima ni perdón ni solución del problema. Estoy muy insatisfecha con el servicio por ambas partes. Ahora ni no quiero este paquete, ya no me hace ilusión, y es un regalo para una amiga.
Este opinión no es sobre la empresa Sarange. ch que está en Suiza, a que está en España, Agradezco mucho por la respuesta que me ha llegado desde Sarange Suiza, y qué lástima que no me ha contestado desde Sarange en España.

Le doy 4 estrellas a esta empresa porque, aunque la experiencia final fue positiva, hubo un aspecto importante que generó incertidumbre.
Al ser mi primera vez comprando con ellos, me sentí un poco nerviosa de que pudiera tratarse de una estafa. Esto se debe a que no me proporcionaron un número de seguimiento para el envío, ni información clara sobre la empresa encargada de la entrega. Recibí un recibo, pero las respuestas por WhatsApp fueron algo vagas.
Para mejorar la confianza del cliente, considero que sería fundamental proporcionar un número de seguimiento desde el inicio del proceso.
Dicho esto, hice mi pedido un lunes y recibí todos los productos el viernes. Todo llegó completo y en buen estado, sin ningún faltante. No tengo quejas sobre los productos, solo esta recomendación para mejorar la comunicación y transparencia en el envío.
