DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Communication is shocking ! Order still not arrived . Now on October , the order was placed in August . Been told a replacement is on the way but no confirmation of this . Then promised a refund . NOT HAD THAT . Absolute joke of a company . Spend your money elsewhere

Good experience ordering from Santafixie, best price I could find for the helmet I wanted and no issues with duties to be paid etc for UK order. Thanks 🙂

I ordered a bicycle from SantaFixie on 23/08, which subsequently arrived on 03/09. I had no issues with the time for delivery considering it was being shipped from Spain. The item arrived damaged so I contact customer services at SantaFixie on 06/09. Despite several chases I only received a response on 13/09 asking to send more photos, which I did so. Since then I have received no response, despite several email chasers. Incredible disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a bottle dynamo fix for my bike as the previous one had died on me after many years. A little apprehensive about ordering online, but it arrived on the estimated date, and it works beautifully.

I had a good experience, I ordered my items (Based in London) and they didn't take that long to get to me. Reading trust pilot reviews after putting my order through got me worried a little. They came through and items arrived as described and at a timely manner.

Accidentally ordered 2 of the same item due to delays on the website during checkout. Emailed before dispatch to cancel order and no reply. Emailed orders to start return twice, no reply. Not made clear before purchase that return shipping would be quite expensive. Not happy with experience and still haven’t returned second bag.

Competitive prices and good choices. Just to be aware of, as others have mentioned- the items are shipped from Spain so don't expect a 3 day delivery for standard. I probably had just over a week for delivery from ordering.

Good value. Tracking did not seem to work, but items eventually arrived safely.

I ordered and received a Bern Helmet from these guys after failing to find the product elsewhere online. I was a little bit apprehensive because of some of the other reviews about delivery times but I simply set myself a different ‘expectation’ of a a couple of weeks…..needless to say it arrived within a week and was better than I hoped.

Santafixie weren't able to fulfil my order but contacted me with an alternative but I opted for a refund which was dealt with promptly. Communication was excellent so no complaints.

I had a new cassette missing two sprockets and a few spacers

Product is good and price competitive but the guidance on delivery is completely misleading - 3-4 days means 3-4 weeks. They only dispatched when I chased a second time, no response except to thank me for signing up to their mailing list.

Same as the other reviewer said, tracking goes 1/3 of the way and then just hangs. You therefore do not know where your parcel is!
I also do not know where you edit, delivery option placing if not in.
Delivery is too slow

It’s ironic that I get prompted for a review nearly a month after I placed an order that I still haven’t received.
Don’t bother ordering from this company. You’re more likely to get a reminder email (that you didn’t agree to sign up for) about reordering products that you still haven’t received, than receiving the items themselves.

Ordered two Vittoria Zaffiro Pro 30mm road bike tires because the price was very competitive. Order arrived as scheduled - very pleased with the price and delivery

I was won over by the comprehensive website and without further ado made my purchase. I did find myself sceptical when I read reviews after the ordering. My fears, however, were unfounded. My only concern which I feel is ever so relevant, was the tracking. I got the impression that the parcel did not seem to be travelling more than half way. Suddenly, Royal Mail delivered unexpectedly. Shocked, but not shaken, thank you! It appears the tracking information I received was only relevant to the originating transport company. I was not made aware that the parcel had transferred to a UK company, Royal Mail, which is when the tracking information ceased. I guess the parcel was delivered within the specified time period, just. Maybe, a target delivery date be beneficial, taking into account more than one transport company is used? I treated the parcel as a lovely gift arriving early, thank you.
