Good pricing and goods arrived fine but the quoted 3-4 day delivery time turned out to be 16 days. Customer service was useless when I chased for progress updates. For the few £ saving I think I’ll shop elsewhere in future.

Placed the order and it has to be cancelled. Still waiting for my money back.
Not a great experience.

I have not received my order and they have Santfixie have not responded to my emails. Goods were meant to be sent within 3 - 5 day and I ordered the e-pump on the 24/11/25. I’ve emailed them, nothing but the thing that has made me even more furious is that they’ve asked me to rate and review their service. So annoying- would not recommend.

Placed an order. They didn’t dispatch it for 12 days! I had to contact them multiple times and had no response. Eventually they refunded me with no explanation. So I didn’t get the product I wanted and wasted loads of time. Don’t bother, there are better businesses elsewhere selling the same products

Customer service was excellent I was probably a bit of a nuisance but they were super friendly and efficient

Absolutely no problems, ordered, dispatched quickly, delivery was reasonable from Spain to England. Tracking supplied so was able to track parcel. Well packaged and exactly what I needed. I’m a happy customer

Really poor service, I ordered a bag, nothing arrived for two weeks. I tried calling there's no humans just chat bots absolutely rubbish, then said that the could supply the product that they advertised. Then the said they would refund me still nothing after two weeks. BE WARNED STAY AWAY

Wish I could put less than 1 star. Terrible company. Firstly I ordered a part for my sons bike in August 2025. Took a while to come as coming from Spain. The part didn't fit, then realised they sent the wrong part. They said they had a issue on their site. I believe I've had to email them over 50 times to try sort a refund. Their customer service is ridiculous. Finally they got parcel force to come and collect the part (UK GLS) I've been tracking it's return. They've had it for weeks. Now they aren't replying to my emails and looks like I won't get my refund! All they do is palm you off for weeks on end.

Great company to deal with, had the pedals I needed
at great price, arrived super quick, cannot fault this operation.
Recommend them, will definitely be using them again when I need other parts etc.

I ordered something for my son and after trying to track it I have given up , there’s no response from them when you email , really bad experience and as far as I can tell they are thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I wish I hadn’t!!!
They won’t even reply to your emails.. disgusting behaviour, they should be shut down.

The cycle helmet was exactly what I wanted so very pleased. But it did take too long to arrive and the tracking information was limited. The santafixie UK website ought to make it clearer that the goods actually come from Barcelona.

I ordered the item on 29th September, expecting it to arrive within 2-7 days, but Santafixie hasn't event dispatched it to me.

Awful. Nut didn’t work to fix lock to bike. Had to ask weekly for 6 weeks and has still not been resolved. Buy product elsewhere.

I cannot stress how much I advise against ordering from this company if you are based in the UK.

The delivery took 3 weeks (there was no mention on the uk website of the estimated delivery time) - by which time the birthday had passed, of the person whom the gift was for.

Since then, for more than a month, I have been trying to return the item. The company will not let me print my own label to return the product, only allowing me to accept their collection service.

They have given me dates on which to expect their courier to pick up the parcel but I am yet to see a real person turn up.

They take days or weeks to reply to emails and have no phone number by which they are contactable. I have asked to speak to someone to resolve the issue a number of times to no avail. It seems this is a deliberate tactic to force you to accept the unwanted items.

Please avoid buying from this company at all costs if you are based in the UK.

I ordered a product from them over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I received only brief replies and then no response at all. Have a better relationship with my Dad, and I haven't seen him since Tony Blair was PM

I ordered a Cane Creek suspension post. It arrived, well-packaged, within a few days.
