I support what many of these reviewers are saying. I feel like a fool for getting scammed by another IG ad, and then not making sure it's really a legit company. this one is not, and it doesn't have a legitimate return policy. It's super scammy and the quality and fit of these "rags" they send is awful. I'm so disappointed.

Do Better for Women
So this "multi style dress," is absolutely NOT one size fits all. I'm a US size14/16, generally xl... I can use only two or three of the supposed 30 styles because it doesn't cover my body. Why in 2025 is this still a conversation? My measurements were well within the size chart.
For the price, the craftsmanship is beyond poor, literally just cut fabric without stitching at the edges.
What is advertised as a dress nice enough to wear to a nice restaurant, possibly to a wedding... I will only be wearing to the beach as a cover up.

Awful customer service
Sandset has the most awful customer service… it’s so bad that I thought they could easily also be scamming people. They refuse to actually remedy an issue a customer brings to their attention. In my case, I ordered a dress that was supposed to arrive 3-7 days later and it took 21 days and several emails where I was basically told “eventually it will arrive.”

Poor quality and construction
Delivery and ordering were easy. However, the garment is cheaply made. There are no hems or reinforcement to prevent the garment from fraying. For the price I’m disappointed that I’ll get maybe a season’s worth of wear at best. Also, it realistically only fits up to a size 16 or so.

None of the "styles" actually work
None of the "styles" actually work. For example, Look 5. It "appears" you can simply wrap & tie. However, there is no way to secure the front from flapping open.
Since they have a 30 day return policy, I am few days shy of getting a refund.
Such a waste.

The dresses are wonderful, for taller people.
The dresses are wonderful, if you are tall and slim. I bought 3, one for myself (4'8''), one for my daughter (5'2") and one for my granddaughter (5'7"). My granddaughter looks beautiful in it; I, on the other hand, am struggling to find a comfortable, flattering way to wrap it. My daughter hasn't tried it yet because she lives out of town and we won't be meeting up until 3rd week in March when she and I are travelling to Cancun. I'm hoping she will be able to figure something out.

Have been waiting for delivery of one dress since my order on Feb. 5. Tracking has it waiting for transfer to UniUni (whatever that is) for 11 days. Emailed them but no real response, only an AI generated “form letter”. Terrible customer service.

Do not order from this company. I ordered one dress and paid for one dress when I placed the order. They sent two dresses and then sent me another invoice for something I don't want, didn't order, and no way to send it back. They also want me to pay using a less secure payment method. Very sketchy and do not trust this company.
NOTE: I’ve sent SEVERAL emails with no response from this company.
