Good communication of arrival time a day in advance. Clearly excellent experience to replace battery on Note20. Very friendly. Told me all potential issues. Job done v efficiently. All done from van on my drive.
What Customer care ?
No real customer care evident. Mombasa office on Digo Road, attended 3 times, each time there was an issue when I was asked to return ....third time the guy himself who offered to do the transfer for me, was not in, despite everyone being there as it was still business hours. Pathetic service if you ask me. An over enthusiastic woman askari was a plus but so patronising too

Great service, the engineer turned up on time. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. Phone was fixed good as new with in an hour.
Looks great but ....
The repair was swift and phone looks new. BUT, the engineer also said he had run diagnostic tests unknown to me. Since then i have been inundated with spam calls. It's getting beyond a joke now. This may be coincidence but i have had the phone over a year with hardly any any spam calls so i doubt it.

I highly recommend. Didn't have to leave my home to have my phone repaired! Very decent service, quick and effective, took 35 min to fix the problem (full screen replacement) and no data loss. Previously, I had been to a physical shop and they estimated 10-14 days to fix the problem as they would have to send it somewhere else to repair it. With Likewise it wa simple and quick!
Easy phone repair - without leaving the house
The service was quick managed from home - I didn't have to go to their shop/send my phone away. I was given an appointment and the engineer kept me informed of his whereabouts and arrived on time. The repair was effected within 20 minutes.

ho ricevuto proprio oggi il mio s22 ultra appena riparato attraverso il servizio della Samsung.Il telefono era fuori garanzia con display rotto. ho prepagato 250 euro e in meno di 10 giorni è stato ritirato e restituito ( con dhl sempre i migliori) in condizioni perfette. tutto sommato l'importo richiesto è onesto parliamo di un telefono che ha ancora una buona valutazione e delle ottime performance

Great experience. Mums S22+ had a cracked screen, high street fixers quoted £190 so had a look at Samsung and it was cheaper so went with official Samsung. Really straightforward to book and they come to you. Small issue in booking that was my fault but easily and promptly resolved with an email to customer service. The technician was on time and very professional. All done in less than an hour. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks!
Phone not repaired and it cost £85
Following a Webchat with Samsung I was told to raise
a repair job at a cost of £85. I was told to log the repair as a battery fault, even though it didn't appear to be the battery at fault.
The engineer came, looked at the phone and said it was a mainboard fault and he couldn't fix it as the fault was raised as a battery!
I'm left with a broken phone, £85 bill and didn't even get a new battery!
Very satisfied
The whole process was very easy. Booked the repair (screen replacement) via the website, the repairman turned up, and repaired it. Took him less than an hour to do it. It only cost me £20 more than I could get the genuine part for so worth it. The chap turned up at the alloted time and was friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for more really.

8 months after purchasing one of those $1000.00 Samsung Flip Z6 phones the large screen quit recognizing input keys and opening up apps. I was also instructed to mail it into Samsung for warranty repair. After over a week, they sent me an email, "Your Samsung SM-F741UZSAXAA phone was not repaired, and it will be returned to you with the expected ship date of 05/05/2025" What a complete waste of time. It arrived late and had two arrows on each opposite corners of the phone trying to indicate damage. The screen was not cracked and the phone was never exposed to water. What a shame. They had been intent on me paying another $380 for repair for "Customer Damage which voided the repair". After politely asking that they attach some pictures of the damage to an email so I could verify its existence, I would have paid the repair fee. They boxed up my phone and sent it back to me without any further correspondance than mentioned above. I don't believe the phone was never opened up or troubleshooted in any manner. I am not only shocked to experience this level of service from a company as big as Samsung, but I am now leary from ever purchasing any Samsung product that may require any service or repair in the future. I work as a electronics engineering tech for a large defense contractor and have previously worked for Motorola in their Fort Worth,TX repair center. This lack of professionalism is not a standard in any industry and speaks very poorly of Samsung in general. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to endorse any Samsung product or speak favorably of my Samsung warranty repair experience to friends, family and colleagues. John

Chap was fantastic with communication explaining he may be a bit late due to an earlier repair, arrived and did some tests and explained both parts (as highlighted would be replace) had it done in just over an hour fantastic service and happy customer due to have a new battery and charger port for my phone!
