Mi sono rivolto a Samsung Customer di via Cipro Roma per un blocco schermo del mio Samsung A53, poiché non ricordavo la password dopo aggiornamento: speravo di ricevere assistenza sperata ed invocata, mi sentivo disperato! Ma gli addetti, in particolare un signore con barbetta, dietro le mi preghiere di assistenza per ottenere lo sblocco dello schermo.mi rispondeva che era mio compito visto ateaverso il Fund band . Dietro mia insistenza per avere la dovuta assistenza da Negozio samsung autorizzato, iniziava ad alzare la voce affermando che non mi poteva aiutare in nessun.mofo: alla fine un signore di un negozio Iliade di piazza balduina Roma, rivolgendosi ad altro centro riusciva a consegnarmi in 36 ore il.mio telefono perfettamente funzionante. Desidero fare presente la assoluta mancanza di professionalità ed incapacità del dentro Samsun di via Cipro di Roma a risolvere problemi di loro espressa competenza!!!

I buy my phones outright and having destroyed my screen when dropping it face down onto a nail the prospect of spending £1,200 on a Samsung S25 Ultra was unwelcome compared to less than £300 for a new screen and battery on my S21 Ultra.

The booking service was excellent allowing an appointment to be made within two days. The engineer arrived as expected and completed the works in less than 1 hour.

Technician was right on time we, extremely polite and helpful, and did an excellent job.

34 inch monitor with curved screen coming de-bonded from case. Agreed to a warranty fix. On return the monitor case had not actually been clipped back together in multiple areas. The new screen fitted is faulty and has lines/ flickering. There is no way this repair was tested or inspected based on condition I received it back in. Avoid GXO/Samsung Repair Care Warwick repair centre if at all possible.

Difficilmente metto recensioni, professionali veloci hanno riparato il mio tablet, ho molta cura dell'oggetto e ho appurato che non c'era nessun segno di manomissione per sostituire vetro display e batteria. Il Tablet è tornato come nuovo, hanno dato 3 gg inclusi sabato e domenica ed è stato riparato nei tempi previsti. Hanno sostituito qualche pezzo in garanzia anche se il danno era stato causato da me. Sicuramente comprerò altri accessori samsung

I booked a replacement battery for my phone online and selected a convenient date for me. I was kept informed about the booking and was sent reminders via email and text. The engineer arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and professional and came with a mobile workshop in the van. He replaced my phone battery (genuine Samsung battery) and tested it thoroughly before returning it to me as good as new! There are many mobile phone repair shops around, but this service was convenient, efficient, professional and was competitively priced. I would recommend this service.

I'm hoping I don't need the service again any time soon but would highly recommend to everyone else.

Bought a new Z Fold 6 in September. Inner screen went bad and needed to be fixed/repaired. No one has parts to fix phone. Took 4 days for anyone to actually help me. This is a business phone and we have several and paid a LOT of F-ing money for them. So begins the run around. It is under manufacture warranty, but no one can fix it, not even Samsung repair center could fix it. They said 206 back order parts are months out. Samsung care plus which we pay for will not help me because it's not damaged outside of warranty. So now I have a $2000 brick. After complaining for days, they finally said to lie about it being broken and file a claim with the care plus warranty. Had to pay $100.00 just to get that. And still have not received my replacement phone. Not to mention the fact that I could not speak with anyone who can speak English properly. WTF? Why are we as consumers putting up with this? Is there any group that can stop this horrible treatment to customers?

The screen repair wasn't cheap but was quality and fast the engineer was friendly and only took half an hour to complete the job as he did it in his van at my work place.

My ageing but very efficient Galaxy S10 needed a new screen after cracks developed. What I got was pretty nearly a new phone with replacement front screen, side-panels and new battery.
The engineer was efficient and friendly.
Not as cheap as the local phone repair shops but the quality of the workmanship and original parts were much better.

The engineer arrived exactly on time and had no problems letting me watch him through the repair, It was carried out very professionally and considering the complexity in a relatively short time. I would definitely recommend your service in future should I need it.

secondo zeta flip perché effettivamente la linea è carina..quindi mi sono fatta fregare per la seconda volta ... entrambe le volte lo schermo inizia a dare i numeri,lampeggia,si blocca... entrambe le volte sembrano esserci lievi graffi sulla cerniera ...nonostante la cover originale!!! se lo voglio riparare ci vogliono 300 euro!!!! è nuovissimo e finirà nel cassetto con l'altro pure lui nuovissimo .. e sapete quanto costano questi gioiellini !!!!garanzia inesistente!!! io samsung da una vita ma adesso mai più!!! delusissima!!!
