The technician was running a bit late, but he apologised for this. Other than that it was a 5 star service. Phone screen was fixed within the hour. Friendly and professional service.

Thee guy who attended came to my place of work at the time agreed. I left my phone with him which he took to his van on the carpark. Said it would be about 40 mins. Phoned to say ready did a great job and and explained warranty etc. Thank you was convenient helpful and got the job done ✔️ 😀

rientro un proiettore freestyle con un problema (di fatto inutilizzabile), me lo tornano indietro dicendo che funziona benissimo e che passa il collaudo. Dopo aver speso circa 90€ tra analisi preliminare e trasporti, e dopo avere avuto problematiche anche solo nella spedizione del pacco (dicevano che avevano spedito ma non era cosi), dopo 2 mesi e mezzo sono ancora con il proiettore rotto, dispositivo che purtroppo, a quanto pare, possono gestire solo loro in Italia

Easy to book. Repair looks good. Chap was polite. Less easy to get hold of the invoices etc to be able to claim back on insurance.

Technician was polite and on-time. However, they could not repair my phone because it's non-EU. They probably should have clarified that this would have been an issue before sending out someone and keeping the call-out charge. A partial refund has been started by them. They instructed me that going to a regular phone repair shop is the better option than the official (or at least, authorised) approach in this case.

Purchased a 77 inch glare free tv from Best Buy November 2024. March 2025 tv goes out. Samsung comes out and replaces the mother board. April 2025 tv goes out again. Waited a week for repair guys. No show!! This is the worse serves ever!!! Be where.

Ik maakte een online afspraak voor het plaatsen van een nieuwe screenprotector ( 2 weken op voorhand!)
in Brussel. Toch blijkt het niet beschikbaar in de winkel en moet er naar een andere winkel (Mons, 50 minuten verder) gegaan worden. Een afspraak maken in deze opgelegde winkel (Mons) blijkt niet mogelijk omdat de 'reparatie' nog gepland staat in Brussel... Ik ben dus op weg met de kans dat het daar ook niet lukt...

This is how not to run a huge conglomerate where everything is so dysfunctional. They will pass you on from number to the other, from one appliance centre to the other just make a report. And they have the nerve to say that it’s not good to shout at them. So guess what, I cannot be going around to hit the right spot to have our fridge repaired. And guess what again, we ended up buying another to replace a 3 year old fridge. Moral lesson, don’t buy a Samsung appliance.

Exemplary service. The booking system was easy to use. This was confirmed via an email with a few tasks to complete before the visit. I felt it was a very fair price, which had to be paid in advance of the visit. The engineer kept me informed of his expected arrival time. Having explained the issue with my mobile's charging port, the engineer provided me with a time for the repair. 30 minutes later, my mobile had been repaired, tested and was working like new. The repair even has a one-year guarantee. The great thing about this service is that they come to you. Highly recommended. 5-star all day long.

Absolutely shocking level of support. My washing machine which is less than 6 months old is banging like a chippy door on a Friday night. They sent out an engineer who said the waste pipe was on upside down now they won’t do anything with the machine until I send a plumbers report to say it’s correctly plumbed in. I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again.

Very good experience, I pre paid and booked a repair on line for a cracked screen and also had a new back put on aswell, I chose Likewise Samsung Repair as these repairs are not easy and they did seem to have their buisness focused on this service.
There are many high street buisnesses that offer the same service with mixed reviews, so it was important to me that I was confident in appointing the right people for this . They delivered to my expectations , the technician was excellent , and the repair was as new from the factory. My Samsung A42 is as new. I can only recommend positively and would go as far to say I would use again if needed. Overall im very pleased and Thank you .
