Good store but too little information about items

1. They don’t write information about products who made them, you will figure it out only after you get the product. I ordered from Sweden “Matcha cup - Beige with white flowers and green dots” that say manufactured in Japan on their side, but there is no stamp or proof of the cup that it is actually made in Japan and by whom. I know because I collect Japanese handmade ceramics. The picture of the product doesn’t match, it says beige but in reality it’s turquoise greenish color.

I can’t send it back because delivery to get and to send back is the price of the mug.

2. Thank you for your respond and for a refund for the cup that I was disappointed with, I liked other products I received but I wish there was more information about each item to know what people are buying.

I am sorry that the matcha cup you ordered was not what you hoped for. The matcha cup is made from material around the city of Seto in the Aichi Prefecture, Japan. This type of pottery is called ‘Seto ware’ and we source it from a small vendor in Gifu, Japan. We absolutely love this cup and the beautiful Yamacha flower painted on it.

It seems to me like you were looking for a more unique matcha cup with a different colour made from an artisanal craftsman like the ones you seem to be collecting.

We are always delighted to help and answer any questions - so it’s a shame we only learned about this here just now.

We have different types of ceramics in various price ranges. Both unbranded items from skilled Japanese pottery makers and ceramic cups with marks from artisanal Japanese craftsmen. We regularly go to Japan to meet with vendors and to meet different craftsmen to bring back the products we love ourselves.

We do not want dissatisfied customers, so I have sent you an email to ensure you can get a refund.

Mit køb fejler bestemt ingenting

Mit køb fejler bestemt ingenting, meget tilfreds. Ligesådan god betjening i butik.
Det der trækker ned for mig er betalingen på 50 kr ifm nethandel, fordelen ved at handle på nettet er levering til nærmiljø, men fordi jeg ikke ville betale 50.- oven i pris, måtte jeg hente i butik

Virkelig god kundeservice hos Sakura!
Jeg bestilte en vare, som viste sig at være udsolgt, hvorefter jeg straks blev ringet op af butikken, som annullerede ordren De kunne ikke sige hvornår varen ville komme på lager igen, men efter noget tid blev jeg ringet op og fik at vide at varen var tilbage på lager. Jeg fik den bestilt og den ankom lynhurtigt ☺️

Super service

Købte et vægtæppe, som viste sig at være syet skævt i bunden. Da jeg henvendte mig med informationen, var prisen imellemtiden sat ned på tæppet. De imødekom både at bytte samt refundere prisforskellen. Blev fortalt, at de havde lavet en ny og bedre aftale med kunstneren, og at det skulle komme deres kunder til gode. Det synes jeg er super god stil!
