Utterly useless website and store
Utterly useless website, appalling in-store service. So misled online that I ordered currency rather than getting a loaded FX card. Took 35 mins in-store because staff had no idea how to organise a card. Queue was not amused.

Ordered one day, got a text ready , went to the shop and a very polite staff member counted out the money ( over £1000 pounds worth ) then handed the money over, when asked about the envelope that you usually get was told you now have to pay for them?.

We're sorry the charge for the wallet wasn't clearly explained. The 25p wallet charge is part of a nationwide initiative to help reduce our paper usage. The charge covers the cost of the wallet, and 40% is donated to Just One Tree, a registered Community Interest Company.
