Excellent experience. Took only a few minutes to apply online. I received an email telling me my money was available much sooner than I expected, and I collected it at about 6 pm (later than many foreign exchange businesses stay open).

The process to set up the sell and collect online was very easy and customer-friendly. The staff at the till were very helpful and efficient with checking the booking, checking whether the banknotes are genuine, and dispensing the money. I would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with the exchange…
I was very impressed with the exchange rate as well as the service. The transaction in store took about a minute after handing over my passport the Euro’s were counted out by a very efficient young man and transaction completed.

Great service
Managed to order online and pick up date was a day earlier than expected so that was good. The lady that served me was very polite and helpful and being able to pick them up from my local store was very handy

I ordered my currency online for colle tion at my local Sainsburys for collection in a couple of days. I received an email within an hour saying the currency had been prepared and was ready for collection. As i was in town i popped in to collect, great service!

I ordered currency online
I ordered currency online. That was ok. I never received an email to pick up. Not on same day, not on day after. So I went the day after and nothing was ready. A complete waste of time.

Just to clarify, we don't charge a fee to exchange your leftover currency back. You may be thinking of our Buy Back Guarantee, which gives you the peace of mind of exchanging your currency back at the same exchange rate you bought it for.
The 25p wallet charge is a nationwide scheme to reduce our paper usage, the 25p covers the cost of the wallet and 40% of it goes to Just One Tree which is a registered Community Interest Company (Reg. 12067406).
