Don't touch them - their corporate site is a disgrace and they don't care - not going to last long in the internet age

Really poor service, sent a letter to say they are not doing insurance anymore and it's moving to LV which I did on there say so and had nothing but issue after issue with sainsburys staff, put a complaint in and told I have to wait 8 weeks they just keep sending letters saying I owe money even though I have paid them, shocking service

I first used Sainsbury’s one week travel insurance now used a yearly one so much easier very reasonable I have not had to use them yet lol

Insurance was easy to arrange at a competitive price

Took out insurance 4 maybe 5 months before our trip, then the Iran war broke out and all flights through dubai closed via our carrier, and we were refunded. Sainsbury's refused to take into consideration that this was through no fault of our own and refused to help in any way.

Thankfully not needed to claim.
But the insurance price is really competitive and cover comprehensive .
Will be renewing policy in September

Hello my travel insurance. Thankfully on my three trips I had abroad I didn’t need your services. So as the saying goes thanks for nothing! Which is good in my books! All joking aside I feel confident you would have helped not a problem at all. THANK YOU.

Very simple and easy process at a good rate, especially with the improved Nectar-based exchange rate. Simple and efficient collection from a covenient store nearby; arrived quickly, even for a less common currency (Japanese Yen).

We felt that Sainsbury's Insurance offered excellent cover at a reasonable price.

First time I have used Sainsbury's Bank Insurance, but not the last.
Covered me 100%, "Platinum!", at a price that was very acceptable, no ifs,or buts.
Recommended!

Incredibly hard to get hold of anyone and will not renew policy in the coming weeks.
I have been trying since Feb to actually speak to someone. I have a claim to sort , had an email from company and the information they’re asking for is ridiculous. I have questions to ask and no one available to talk to. I do not want to speak to a a bot!

The cover price is reasonable and you get to use your nectar card for points

Setting up insurance for our new cat was very easy. would have probably liked to talk to someone about it but hope I've chosen correctly.
Price was ok but again don't know pet insurance costs so couldn't say if it was good or bad.

Very easy to renew the policy...phone operators nice to deal with...
