None existent customer service
My order from 11-24-21 move to their "transport partner" on the 8th and seems to still be there. My order was to take as long a 7 days. I have sent multiple e-mails, seems to be the only mode of contact, and have yet to receive a response.
I should have just stuck with Amazon but wanted to give other suppliers a chance.

Completely intentionally misleading advert.
Total con. Seems like others got coned also.
Guess I should have checked trust pilot first.

No customer service, just conman tactics.
They basically pull you in with photos of what you will get and then change it with some fancy wording. The do double-speak so you think you are getting what they show and then put their disclaimer in an unrelated place. I wanted to return and get my money back, but they would not give me any processing details or procedures. They are just cheating customers out of money. I hope that they can go out of business soon. Stuck with their garbage stockings without the stuffings. Wait until Santa comes by you thieves!

Scam.
I spent £20 on a Christmas present that was advertised as containing a load of things.
All I received was an empty stocking, and when I contacted customer services they said I had made a mistake and the listing is for the stocking only - eventhough the product description includes 11 other items with measurements and the phrase "colour may vary" attached.
Instead of a return and full refund, they offered me £2 and said I could keep the stocking for my trouble.
I. Am. Fuming.

Beware !!
Beware !!! Don't order from this company. The company says they have a return or exchange policy; but they don't.
I ordered their Cashmere Leggings but their sizes run very very very little. A medium in United States is a 5xxl in China. They will refund me but I have to mail to China. Or, I can keep something I can't wear for a $4.00 refund. This is a scam company. Please don't make the mistake I made; especially any shopping for family and friends. Thank you, Laura
