Can’t return???

Purchased trousers which I couldn't even get my leg into. They eventually agreed to let me return them and I sent them off that day (paying half of what I paid for them in order to shop back to China tracked and signed). It's been 6 months and I just received my package returned to me. I have emailed the company to complain and demand my refund. I'm 100% going to the British authorities about this company if I don't receive my refund.

Everyone is correct. Scam business. Pet sofa dog bed was not foam or orthopedic. It is so flat it would be like laying on the floor. It was $90. They refuse to provide me with a way to return it. They offered 10% refund. Their products aren't what they say. When I threatened to report them to Attorney General's Office, they offered 20% or said I could pay to send to China. Never heard of an online co. that doesn't do honest returns. Lesson learned. Everyone report to their AG office so we can stop them from selling in the U.S.

I ordered two of the same fleece leggings, one was the correct size, the other wasn't. When I contacted them, customer service gave me an address in Tallahassee Florida to send it to for exchange. Then, after I did that, they said, oops, you need to send it to the warehouse in China at my expense. I have lost the 2nd pair and they refuse to even acknowledge the error for the wrong address. PayPal refused to reimburse me too. Do NOT buy anything from this company!!

Scam product not worth a tenth of what they charge. Ordered “leather moccasins “ but just junk fighting to get a refund … not likely with these kind of companies. Stay away and hopefully people catch on and they go bankrupt!!!

Sageholm is a SCAM!!! I bought my wife two pair of "cashmere leggings". They arrived 5 weeks after I ordered them and when they arrived they were not cashmere, but instead a plastic material that was made for an 9 foot tall anorexic woman. The legs were so tall that they reached my wife's chest, but the legs were so tiny that she couldn't get them on past her ankles. This is a Chinese scam company posing as a real clothing line. I believe they get factory rejects from China and then send them to their customers. When I contacted customer service they said they would not refund me, but they would give me a 10% credit back. Screw you Sageholm. What you will receive will not be what you ordered, STAY AWAY!!!

Purchased two items from SageHolm.com for my wife for Christmas. The items took extra time to get here from China but finally arrived. They were a adult leggings size S, however, they were made for a child or someone under 80lbs as I could not even get my arm through a leg hole. I reached out to the seller to exchange them and am still waiting for a resolution. They responded initially with a solution and when I replied with confirmation, they sent another email with a simple discount code and told me to place another order. Not at all what we agreed to for the exchange. Now, they are ignoring my emails and I am stuck with 2 pairs of children's leggings that don't fit. I suggest shopping on more reputable platforms. Shopify pumps out the worst of the worst and allows for bad business practices and scammers. They also do not support consumers, only their sleezy shopkeepers.

I ordered 3 pairs of gloves in 2 sizes. I got 3 pair of the same size gloves. I am an exterminator, so water resistant, wind resistant gloves would be perfect. The gloves did work as expected on the work tablet. They were not warm at all and are not water resistant or wind resistant. I cannot return the pair I wore. To return the other 2 I have to pay shipping .

I ordered a pair of moccasins that were “supposedly” genuine leather. What I received was a pair of cheap, boots that were so ugly that I wouldn’t let my dog wear. Looked nothing like picture. When I told them I was returning,they replied I would be responsible for customs and return cost, and if the there was nothing wrong with the item they would not approve return. Spam junk store! Someone higher up needs to shut this place down!

Ordered 2 pair of what looked like warm comfortable Leggings.
Arrived but the sizing was way off.
Ordered extra large according to the size chart.
What I got was a size extra small.
could not even fit my calf in the leg and if I could have gotten them on they would have been 3 inches too short.
I am 5ft 5in woman dress size 14
most pants between 14-16

I guess I'll be out of my money for the 3 pair of gloves I ordered on 12/11/22 and never got. I have to start reading the reviews first before buying anything online. Live and learn, huh?

Ordered on Dec.11. Today is Dec. 22. Nothing. Robotic EMAIL reply to inquiry. No phone #. Trace revealed order shipped 12/14 from CHINA. IT'S A SCAM.

Didn't realise the company is in China. Took weeks to arrive. "Waterproof and windproof" gloves are anything but. Complete con.

Sageholm.com is a scam online retailer. Items shown are not what is shipped. No online reviews on their web site. Do not buy from this site! Beware!

The boots they were advertising was definitely not what i recieved. Thwy wont return emails about refund or return. Such a bull site. False advertising for sure

They lied about the order being shipped. Would not respond to emails. DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company. SCAM

Delivery of my order took at least 2 weeks and 2 follow up emails.

The sweatshirts were too small so about 3 days ago I tried to return them.

Sageholm is obviously very negative about returns.

They give minimal return instructions ... even the return delivery address is not provided !!

I emailed them requesting more guidance on how to return the products and, after 3 days, have yet to receive a reply.

I'm sure I will have to spend a lot of time and effort trying to return the products so I am going to give them away.

Obviously, I won't go anywhere near Sageholm again.

Given my return experiences generally (not many), I think that from now on I will only purchase online through Amazon who has always been amazing to deal with.

Do not buy anything from sageholm especially the thermal gloves

This company needs to be shutdown.

They promote false advertising of products, and an almost impossible way to reach out to them and return items; due to the fact, there is no contact information, address, etc.

Ya there a scam. 2 pairs of leggings for my wife. Both medium one was labeled a medium but clearly a small. Offered 10 percent back or 20 percent to buy another. Don't but from them you will be disappointed.
